I knew a gas station / mechanic owner, who resided in Columbia, Illinois. His name was Ben Sundermann, he owned a 1950 Plymouth Suburban. He drove it everyday to work & home in the town of Columbia, Illinois during the late 1950's & through the 1960's to early 1970's. Kevin Phoenix
There's one at the mechanic shop less than 100 ft from me. Still got the column shifter and the old Flathead 6 same color everything they probably painted them all the same color.im no expert for some reason I love the size of it the utilitarian design of it it seems like it would be a work car for somebody who didn't have much money back in the day. Carry tools and take the kids for a picnic.
In otherwords you do not hve a MOPAR. You have a mochit. Mopar needs to stay all MOPAR. Keep the chity engines either in the chitrolets or use for boat anchors.
Beautiful wagon

This Suburban is a real beauty. Parts gotta be hard to find, no?
Anyone looking to buy this car would be foolish to pass this one up, Jason is The Class Act in his field!
Why did we put a chevy engine in it?
Has it been sold already?
What was the original motor?
