Hearing this again after knowing all that Tamar was going through just shows how powerful the word of God’s anointed can be. Suicide attempt, bad relationship, lost work opportunities. It’s just so much easier to choose kindness and seek light instead of attacking others because it’s clear that Tamar was broken.
True, "hurt people, hurt people" and/ or definitely make every effort because it is really a cry for help... And the enemy knows it as well and is often how they can be so easily used by the devil because of so much pain, hurt, brokenness, etc., This is where Deliverance and Healing comes in and is desperately needed because people are lost, which is why Jesus came to seek and save those that are lost.- Bible.

The unfortunate and sad 😭 part of this, but all too tragic scenario is when some people are often seeking help and turn to the church for help and have gotten "church hurts" on top of other hurts, which compounds the problem. Let's use the analogy of the church being a hospital, and some of those "church members" may be undergoing treatment, while others may be in ICU (in need of care from the Great Physician, Jesus Christ) and for whatever reason, some may not have received Deliverance and Healing in certain areas and now perhaps are causing strife and confusion in many churches, but God also addresses this, but HE will deal with them. This is why we should teach Relationship vs. Religion, because we are all flawed and no church or person is perfect, and the relationship with HIM is crucial and so important, and we will definitely know HIS Presence and the Anointing via the Holy Spirit if we have a true, real relationship with HIM. Therefore, we don't fall into the trap and self-deception of "having a form of godliness and denying the power (of Jesus Christ)... because the Bible says "turn away" from these people - 2 Tim. 3:5, kjv. I'll just end with this, if you can't help someone, then please don't hinder them. You can still speak truth, but in love and kindness... And there was no kindness or love meant and if it was, it definitely wasn't conveyed in the initial comment. My grandmother raised me with the old adage, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" and another one of her favorites was "Think before, You Speak", which is just as applicable to writing... because there is a judgement and accountability that we have to give for every idle word we speak Matt.12:36. She made this comment two years ago. While I can’t defend it, I don’t think it’s fair people STILL use it against her considering she changed as a person. Since this, I haven’t seen her in any drama (not including what goes on in her family). Ever since this reading, she grew as a person (even though she was at her lowest when trying to commit...). June Pace has been married to the same man for 39 yrs and he is a preacher and a humble servant of God who cares about people, she is also a talented baker that can make you slap your own mama. Both of these women and their other sisters' music has saved, delivered and blessed millions of people. I hv seen her in churches and events and I have never seen her be nasty to anyone. There are other women who have been nasty at church & other places and don't care. Iyanla was being mean just because June wouldn't agree about her sister's lifestyle. That does not make her nice nasty. Iyanla just claims she can fix someone's life when she can't fix her own. I know she has some success in her own right but putting these women down because they don't side with sin is wrong. As she was putting them down, I've seen God lift them back up.
