Isabela Provincial Capitol has a unique architecture among provincial capitols . The old capitol looks like the classical buildings in the list but it is now converted as provincial museum.
It's called Brutalist architecture, the same concept as the Cultural Center of the Philippines building and PICC building.

Yung Bohol top 31 lang I think they deserve higher yung sa baba dyan may malaking park at pataas yung capitol nila bago makaabot sa destination.

I prefer Capiz Provincial Capitol because it is a historical building contructed during American Period 1911. Still the beauty captivated the imagination of people.

@@hakhaimopre colonial? Aminin natin walang kwenta ang arkitektura natin noon, first uncivilized pa tayo non, uneducated, wala tayong central government at wala tayong standard sa arkitektura noon. For me mas kahangahanga ang neo classical design during American colonization than the architectural design during the Spanish colonization.

Ung Antique Capitol po jan sa video ay ang Old Provincial Capitol. Ang New Capitol medyo malaki pero mas simple ang design (mas maganda nga ung old). Tapos may bago at pangatlong capitol na under construction sa Antique Government Centre. Yun ang unique ang design at mala-capitol talaga ang structure. Yung ngayon kasi is parang city hall like Davao City Hall

I've found the rankings reasonable.
Usually, a province class has something to do with its capitol's attributes.
Clearly the one making the ranking doesn't know the Theory of Architecture in designing government buildings.
Out of curiosity and based on your professional point of view what should be the top 5 on this list?

My choice are not in their ranking but because they are rated sccorfing to my state of taste on their archetectural concepts znd these are located in lengayen antipolo maguindanao tarlac bacolod tacloban kalibo and vigan.
Been to Nueva Ecija capitol and it's very expansive. The facade shot did not do it justice. IMO it should be in Top 3. At sa lahat ng napuntahan kong capitol buildings (65/82 most in the top 20 of this list), angat ang ganda nito. Pati ang old capitol in Nueva Ecija can still be in the Top 10. I assume ang gumawa ng ranking na ito nagbase lang sa picture online at hindi pa talga napupuntahan ang mga capitol buildings
Rank 20 is not that bad, but I agree. Nueva Ecija's capitol is one of the best, simple but very pleasing and elegant.

We hope that all Provincial Capitols of the Philippines have completely house or Offices of the Provincial Directors of every department so that it is easy to follow the office 😊we want especially so to Senior Citizen follow uppers.

What is being rated...the building only? I thought it would be rating the town or city where the capitol was. What a waste of 14 minutes! All I saw were 82 needlessly ornate buildings and no explanation of why we are looking at them.

There are beautiful capitols with unique design such as Zamboanga Sibugay which got low ranking. Majority have similar stereotype design. Anyway its the taste of the content creator.
