The thing is, the people of Yemen are not stopping the Houthi from attacking Israel. I believe that is Yemen's people responsibility to stop Houthi from striking Israel. Another thing is, once Israel strike back then the so called Yemen's civilians get hit unintentionally, they would blame it to Israel. That way, Israel is now the evil. That is what happened in Gaza. Palestinians are irresponsible, allowing their people to kill Israelis civilians without mercy. And, not doing anything helpful for their own civilians, just keep complaining and complaining
