Was it called chasing the dragon
I lived on this estate for 3-4 years as a child, the place was full of paedophiles, murderers and junkies.
The flats have been knocked out but the town is nice it’s been given bad representation and there are bad apples here still but it doesn’t represent the whole.
Mainly the councillors have failed this borough I remember in the 90s beautiful place still live here
It were grim up North for sure...
They look like yhe projects in the usa . Im talking about the council estates
