This track is one of those... When you learn it you get better; its one in ten, the other 9 mean nothing but this track, it will make you better. Nice playing btw, 5 years later so you can probably play this upside down with a gun pointed at your head but still \m/
what should i say. perfect. cool acurate playing, cool video cool sound. as some people say one of when not the best cover of hourglass on youtube. i can image how much time you invested in this video. programming the drums and so on. please go on realy like what you are doing
@@000Skill I agree with you. I learned how to play it and I improved in some aspects. I'm still learning how to play without mistakes the final part when it goes fast
Impressive! I'm trying to learn this song now... it's tough! A lot of those stretches are hard for me to do that fast, like the 3-7-6-2 riff at the beginning of the song. But I bet it's such a fun song to play when you can play it correct. I can play the riff at 1:20 though, that's probably one of the most badass riffs in the history of metal! Anyway, fucking nice work!
You can just listen to the drums and know that this is not the original track its definitely programmed drums they don't have that snare pop and the vibrant cymbal sounds that Adler has. Great cover by the way
Dude, awesome cover :D! (I'm sure you're asked this a lot, but... What gear do you use and what recording software do you use? also a suggestion (obviusly from personal opinion): I think your guitar would sounds more balanced if you were to turn down the bass, and turn up the treble a bit, cause i find that it blends a little too much into the backing tracks. but other than that, this is probably the best cover i've seen on youtube.
OndskapensHersker Do you rest your pinky on the guitar while playing sometimes?? And great cover dude, I'm bout to learn it now haha. Dope guitar too man
Hmmm. You play it differently than me :P 1:20 feels amazing to play IMO I always loved the crunch when you first break into it. Good cover, you have a really nice tone and smooth transitions makes me want to go jam hahaha
nice guitar hero strat in the background there hehe ;) But seriously that was tight. I think its good the way you do your covers (Proper studio type recording and then video overtop of audio).
First off, i'd like to say that this is a great cover. The one thing i thought that might be a wrong note was at 1:01 there is a succession of 4 notes ending on a b flat before going back to the low d. When i play the song i play the lower octave on that last b flat, which i think is right, but i'm not 100% sure. . . Other than that i think they play on the low d string more but that is not a huge deal. Nice job!
I FUCKING LOOOVE YOUR STYLE OF PLAYING MAN!! You became my 2nd favorite guitar player! I'm on this song too and I used your vid to do it...I am eager to see a new cover dude....
May I ask which program you're using to play along? I mean without vocals but still bass and drums included. Love all your covers, enough metal to rebuild the twin-towers ;)
Constructive Criticism: Form a super-band and tour with Lamb of God. That is all.
One of my favorite LOG covers. I revisit it from time to time to remind myself just how good I wish I was at playing. Lol
Nice job on the "vomit riff"!! Best part of the song
you're amazing and i love ur hair
MelSickScreamoAnnie look who's talking \m/ \m/
This may be the prettiest guitar I've ever seen.

@@000Skill I agree with you. I learned how to play it and I improved in some aspects. I'm still learning how to play without mistakes the final part when it goes fast

Awesome!
I feel like trying to learn this song now.
@xtrittonx Not necessarily, its simply a matter of preference.
Reclamation is pretty easy too
Desolation is straight forward but its fast and covers alot of the neck.
this is awesome, well done!
Watching again you are a great guitarist!!
Perfect
Damn you're good.
the riff at 0:59, im pretty its not like that, but, it goes with the harmony, so, its fine for me
