If I were to choose between Nilathak and the Countess I'd go with the Countess for the extra runes you get from farming her (early season all runes have value). With that said I think I'd go Andy, Countess then Ubers... But then again I don't have 20 years experience, my D2 career has been brief... So I'm sure your way is best. 😄
I speed run to hell countess and summoner with a nova sorc. Early on lems,ums and keys are super valuable. After a couple days I move forward to nilathak and all that. Nova isn't quite as good at thak until you have a little bit of gear. Buts it's pretty easy to gear up this way.
This is how I always gained wealth but then I started to feel like I only played just to do Ubers which became boring. All that wealth just ended up on Non Ladder to never be used or played again.
Probably going to be worth a lot however sorc and Paladin are still god tier since sorc has teleport and Paladin is just used for so many good builds like smiter and hammerdin. The sin is quite squishy even with the crazy martial arts damage.
Might work for you, but I've IDed about 30 torches over all the seasons and I've gotten 0 sorc torches. Also, a ptorch won't fetch a HR if it rolls badly. Storch always does.

On single player it saves your map. On multiplayer it’s random every run. Watch this video and go to 44:45 MrllamaSC tells you the way to find durance level 3 quickly ruclips.net/video/iaAmrldC3c4/видео.html
How much do you think a low level insight would cost me on first couple days? It would make my reset so much faster if I can buy it and use it at the lowest possible level
Mephisto Dropped Tal Rasha's Amulet in NORMAL when my brother & I were playing together! I doubt anyone would believe it but I swear on my life it is true, blew my mind

This led to us texting and he added me along with other Nintendo switch players. We have a group chat and share wealth on ladder start. Team share is the fastest way to get rich when we all trade and profit together. This was a good video though. Cheers!
ive ran budget smiters many times in hardcore ubers, just gotta play a little safer and try to pull the bosses seperatly. Like tele staff on swap kinda budget lol..
This is low risk - low reward approach. You loose less % of the time and odds are generally in your favor. Unless to much competition is around / it is late ladder.

I remember the good ol days of PSX Diablo. My friends and I would give each other items and then reload our save files so we would still have the stuff. I guess now we just Hero Edit everything for single player!

Summary... Create bliz sorc -> farm meph get good gear -> farm nilathak -> create smiter then do Ubers a lot
I play occasionally and only on HC, so that I can go through the game with what I find, without haste - the best fun for me. ^^
I'm getting myself used to D2 again. I'm going to give hardcore a try.

Good advice. Yeah early in the ladder it is easy to get a key for something like a Titans and then trade a key set for somewhere around a Vex rune.

When u walk to the next room from durance 2 follow the wall to your toons left shoulder. It's always that way

Getting torches is goodway, but making uberservice vs keyset will be faster than farming keys. I made 57 bers in a week by using my guide 😉

I had it from nm duriel first play through this ladder. I thought the same thing. Especially cause duriels drops are trash

The nerf only applies once cold immunity is broken. So it's mostly sunder charm based nerf. Bliz sorc should be about like it was pre season 2
