You probably well know by know but- He was brainwashed. When he was resurrected he did not remember anything of his past, and Megatron made sure to keep it that way. Ironically, megatron treated him as his most loyal and trusted soldier.
I mean look at a rule 63 human Starscream and that version look like Alexis except Red eyes and Its just an asian version of Sunset Shimmer or Rainbow Dash

I felt sorry for alexis when Starscream died in armada. Not to mention out of all of the decepticons i thought he was cool(well megatron as well).
@optimalalexprime same here, and I wonder why in th Energon series they didn't make Starscream remember Alexis and why she didn't noticed it?
Well good news in that respect, Starscream is immortal and always comes back eventually.
