For whatever reason, mine will not connect to my phones hotspot. It never sees it. It only works on a Wi-Fi router connection. I have not tried connecting it to my computer yet. You might try contacting their customer support or trying to return it and get a new one and see if that fixes it.
@@Nemesis123-y4t I just waited till the next day and it finally connected via WiFi. It’s gonna say there are tons of updates but it really just the same one. Good luck hope it helps.

Can I update it through my car? Or does it have to be plugged into my pc
I update mine over wireless internet. I think you can use your pc but I'm not sure. Just connect it to a WIFI connection and it should update fine.

Mine failed to update, error message states not enough space, now i'm afraid to delete files without negatively affecting the tuner🤨

Mine continues to update over and over non stop via WiFi, but on the update agent 1.0 app on my laptop it says I’m updated.
