The organic shapes and tones of the trees and bushes. The flowing stream..Just look at the entire composition, contrast-depth, very realistic..its just amazing.

Another beautiful mountain scene. That sky and clouds -with the variations in colors very nice. The mountain is very realistic with the colors and highlights. The way you layer and form the trees and bushes with the different colors-they look realistic. Its like magic-bravissimo..Molto bella!

First Day back near TV Lovely Colours have not seen them this bright and crisp for so long had forgotten what they were like To Start with for some reason when you started the sky you were going to paint an Autumn Scene in 3 to 4 weeks when I can get back to trying out the paints again will have a shot at creating one like it . Love the videos Kevin, however if I could make a suggestion. The only thing you seem to be missing in the videos are telling people what colours that you are using. When you say yellow, it could be Cad yellow or Indian yellow. Also you could say what mediums you used (Liquid White/Liquid Clear)I think it could help people out a lot who want to paint as well as you..
+Stephen Murphy He use cadmium yellow, because indian yellow was on the side on his palet. And you can see it in the color he use. For sure it is cadmium yellow. Also he use liquid white I think , you can see it when he is depping and when he do the beginning of the mountain with the dark color

I just use a lot of paint on my brush and reload it right away if I see the colors starting to mix. And also keep in mind that thinner paint will always stick better to thicker paint.

How do you apply color like white on top another without the two colors mixing?
It's called a wet on wet technique. But even i couldn't really get how the colors don't blend in.
