      Row2 in the written pattern doesn't match the video. It says to make 2 puffstitch in each stitch, video says only 1

    I finally finished mine today! I used an ombre (?) yarn and the colors came out prettily. I made it a bit big because I thought it will not fit on my head, but now it became a slouchy beret! The directions were pretty easy, considering I haven't crocheted for almost a year now. Thank you so much!

    Truth is that on seeing this, was like nooo this is too hard but decided to give it a try after I realized that BP and FP are so easy and I enjoyed it so much, only that my last triangle where we close row kept on reducing but the beret came out beautiful, thanks so much dear

      An update! I actually managed to do it!! It's the first thing ever I crocheted, and although it's not exactly as in the picture, I think it looks really cute!!! I love it, thank you so much for thie video

      As a 15 year old who started when I was 10, this is hard for a beginner, you should learn the basics then do those kind, there is no who is idiot, you just learn something step by step...
      I hope my comment help you with something hehe.
      Never give up on that hobby it’s really fun and if you work fast and make good work you can maybe start your business :)♥︎

    Ms Sirin: I made my first ever beret and it was your pattern and tutorial I used. It came out so nice and cute. It fit perfectly and I plan ti make another soon. I started out the first two rows in black, the next few rows in creme and ended the band in black. It’s definitely fashionably cute and will keep my head warm during the cold months.

    I would call this an advanced beginner pattern but an advanced tutorial speed. Remember you can slow the video speed down if you need to see what stitches she is doing more clearly. I hope this helps someone!

      @@terrialvers1187 I used dk weight yarn and a 4mm hook. It fit my friends 12 year old daughter.

    Wow! I finally found a tutorial for a beret I like. I had to adjust a bit but it came out great. I do not consider my self an expert at crochet, but I did some adjustments. I have to say I am pretty proud of my self. 🥰😊

    I wish i could show you mine... I made it in mehroon color and I am loving it... I made it 9 inches, you made it 10 inches or 27 cm...then 3 decreases and 3 same then 2 decreases and 5 for border as shown... Its perfect for my size... Thank u 😍😍

    I have made this and am so happy I did. It turned out beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge. I just have one challenge. I made for a friend and the band became too wide to wear a second time for her. Please how do I reduce it to fit the circumference of her head again?
