ESP32 automatic OTA update from github or button press

I've updated my old esp8266 sketch for ESP32.
There are two options,
OTA automatically when new version is detected
OTA with button press

April 2022 update:
I prefer another method, that I've used in my recent project, instead of hardcoding ota url in FW, send FW url in mqtt payload,
there are multiple components in this project, you can extract ota part for your projects.
