So sorry this is happening to u. I am an American. I have worked at hagwon and this is so true. The fact is they interviewed u. If they were not satisfied then why hire you and complain. They need to stop adding stress and let u teach. Co-teachers can make or break your experience. Try not to let their comments get in too deep. Know your worth and keep going. It is a very fake environment. I had to smile until my face hurt. Just keep being yourself. Don’t give up 😊❤
