As a former Miele employee/technician and now an owner of a Miele authorized service company. This video was so well done, I have to congratulate you. I learned a lot. I haven’t seen very many 7k series ovens as of yet. I myself have mixed reviews on what I’ve seen so far but overall. The new appliances are nice. Keep up the great work and I just subscribed so I can keep up on the latest Miele news. Thanks.
What would you do for refrigerator? I enjoy the gaggenau 3/4 zone system. As far as ovens I am gonna go Miele. But I am not sure on range top.. Is the Miele similar to the wolf? I have a wolf right now. No real complaints with it. Or is bluestar/ monogram the new go to?
I think the Miele burner is a slightly better design over the Wolf. The Monogram should be an upgrade over the Miele. I’d also suggest considering the Thermador and the BlueStar.
@@appliancesexplained bummer. Ilve stoves give you zero and so I've ruled them out too. It doesn't cost that much to make them, it's quite silly that they all don't have them, esp the luxury brands.

So no ball bearing slides on oven racks? That's disappointing.
Their premium ovens give you one ball bearing slide out rack. Most of theirs competitors typically provide two.

@@TheTJLH Agreed. Maybe they add thermal mass to the oven, causing it to take longer to preheat? 🤷♂
