Hi guys today I tried the Chinese head massage for insomnia! This massage was very relaxing but it hurt a bit in places and was painful. The massage started from the neck, the blind masseur gave me a neck massage, back then a head massage with hands and horn, Chinese guasha type. Finally he also put a mask on my eyes which got hot and basically did a moxibustion on my eyes as well. This massage helps against insomnia and helps you sleep well.

I have to say this one had too much background noise from the other room(?) to be enjoyable as ASMR for me, its great u add ur own music to it but even with that the noise of the other ppl talking loudly was very noticable

I’m guessing that since the eye mask was removed from a package and nothing was set aflame, the heat for it must activate chemically with the scent of mulberry leaves imbued into the material. That looked like it was very relaxing.👍
Immagino che dal momento che la maschera per gli occhi è stata rimossa da un pacchetto e nulla è stato dato alle fiamme, il calore per esso deve attivarsi chimicamente con il profumo delle foglie di gelso infuso nel materiale. Sembrava che fosse molto rilassante. 👍
Esatto, nei paesi asiatici , durante l'inverno usano spesso queste bustine che, una volta rimosse dall'involucro, si riscaldano con l'ossigeno. Le ho usate anche io durante il mio inverno a Tokyo che fu parecchio freddo, riscaldano tantissimo e durano anche diverse ore. Le mie erano adesive e le applicavo direttamente sulla maglia intima per restare al caldo. Peccato che in Italia non si trovino! Per una freddolosa come me....
