I'm pretty sure it's like cheesecloth with herbs and stuff in it, then the piece of wood to help hold onto it. Then the cloth and herbs get soaked in Hot water so it releases all the medicinal qualities in the herbs, and the hot water to soothe and warm the skin/ muscles where it's applied

Ho iniziato a seguire Alex tanto tempo fa, studiando anch’io il cinese, mi hanno sempre affascinato i suoi video permettendomi di vederne e capirne di più dal punto di vista di un ragazzo mio coetaneo che ha scelto di vivere in Cina. È proprio per questo motivo che la scelta di passare a video ASMR mi lascia perplesso…stava migliorando sempre più la qualità dei contenuti portati sul canale e poi all’improvviso si è passati a questo, magari è semplicemente una via più facile per fare più views? Solo lui può dircelo, non so. In tal caso posso capirlo, ma non posso nascondere che mi dispiace un sacco…
