Creating and Formatting Tables in Microsoft Word with NVDA

I had the same problem, knowing how to cut-and-paste entire tables.
I thought I was going to need sighted help but now I realise but I don’t.

Hello. May I ask you a Question? Am I aloud to create vidios on youtube and my chanal on telegram like your vidios? I mean I listen to your vidios and lern and after that make a vidio and teach how to work with word on nvda but in my mother language persian.
