NVDA does not say any links. and when I entered on one of the headings, it did not lead me to the content page, instead, it created a line, I think. but really I was still in the table of contents. can you show me what to do to create links as well like what you have? thanks.

Nice. You probably could've added that the shortcuts that are stated after each option can work anywhere, as long as Be My Eyes is open. For example, if you're on a RUclips video and you want to know what's in the frame without even pausing the video, you can press Control+Alt+H and have it describe the screen.
