📌 INGREDIENTS
For the Crust:
• 320g butter
• 420g flour

• 130ml cold water
• 0.5 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon 9% vinegar
For the Cream:
• 800ml milk
• 3 eggs
• 200g sugar
• 70g cornstarch
• 400ml 33% liquid cream
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
📌 INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, combine cold water, vinegar, salt, and the egg. Mix well.
- Grate the butter into the flour and mix slightly.
- Add the wet mixture to the flour and butter mixture, and knead until combined.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Bake the Layers:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out each piece of dough into a thin layer.
- Bake each layer until golden brown and crispy.
3. Make the Cream:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add the cornstarch and mix well.
- Gradually add the hot milk to the mixture, stirring constantly.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
- Let the cream cool completely.
- Once cooled, beat the cream with the liquid cream until smooth and fluffy.
