Hi! They’re about as comfy as a regular croc in regards to space for your feet. As for the sole of the shoe, it’s a solid walk. Not uncomfortable but definitely not a sneaker lol. The comfort mainly comes from the space in the shoe and not the sole of the shoe. It’s not hard though. I hope that helps.😆
