had this for 3 months and I LOVE it! I had some issues with the top staying on. I stuck some electrical tape on the top of the Airpods lid and superglued the top of the ESR case to the tape. (and before anyone asks, yes I peeled the cover for the adhesive off and I could feel the stickiness. Had the same problem on the 2 others my family use as well)

I have this case in the black colorway. I wish I wouldve know the titanium color was so 🔥 This is definitely my favorite case for airpods so far. All around protection and that opening mechanism is so satisfying to open and close. If I broke this case today I would buy another one.
Ok, taking back my Pulse recommendation lol. Read a lot reviews that the locking part gets damaged easily because its flimsy plastic. And the glue gets weaker and if u open it, the upper part flies away. Get the Orbit hybrid with just magnets or Cloud soft with magnets. Magnet is enough that it doesnt open from falling.
I have this case now. Great case. The only downside is that it reduces the reliability of wireless charging. MagSafe is fine, though it charges slower and gets hotter than if it were without a case (this is to be expected). Charging on a non-magnetic wireless surface is hit or miss. It’s hard to line it up and some of my wireless chargers are just impossible now. And it no longer adheres to an Apple Watch puck.

Not sure if you have reviewed it but this thing is a built like a tank.
These magnets open it automatically as soon as the latch unlocks, due to, for example, the impact. Spigen Lock Fit is waay better.
Lock Fit is $50 and ESR is like $18.
