Absolutely phenomenal fighter amazing fluidity and crisp combinations. Jaime mungia reminds me a little bit of him the way he throws his punches, it was tragic what happened to jonny Owen but the class and respect pintor showed to the family really shows how good of a person he is.
LATINOS UNIDOS LATINOS THE STRONGEST: Lupe Pintor had great stamina relentless executions a was very consistent. Never ducked any one in the fight game/boxing. Valiant Mexican WARRIOR. Thank you, haNZAgod. I have much Respect for you, Sir.
Joe Kelly Wow really? That's the first time I've heard it be announced, guess I'm out the loop haha! I don't really do preview videos mate but you never know I may do in the future. Such a tough fight to predict because of Khan's chin but I'm siding with Canelo in this one.
Thank you for this. He was one of the most skilled fighters of the 70's and 80's, and he gets little credit for hs work. Awesome, clean fighter with heart.
GREAT boxer! Boxing History !! The SKILL and endurance, he outworked the opponents. He went into the Ring with MANY of Boxing's Greatest. A CHAMPION Himself. He, Among Them. Looking down from Mt. Olympus.
Nice highlights of a terrific fighter. Always great to hear Jimmy Lennon, which was the first voice in the clip. Congrats to Lupe for making it into the IBHOF.
@@Kedbuka Hello mate, I also owe you an apology too. Guadalupe Pintor was an excellent fighter. I’m from Liverpool and so was John Lennon. God knows where Jimmy Lennon was from. But hey mate what the heck.!!! - Anyway Kedbuka. You take care and have a good one. 🙏
Beautiful! Your Mexican fighter tributes are done so well. Makes me wonder what's in your DNA. Or is it that all fighting originates with the AZTEC spirit of sacrificing your life to the gods, regardless of the outcome.
@101ers77 what that gotta do with these spectacular knockouts and the relentlessness. Why not talk about the fact that a lot of these fighters are never mentioned in history cause they’re not American even though they’re at an iconic status level
The war/warrior culture in all of Mesoamerica was very deep and strong like a religion, it was a true conexion between here and the devine, some of them used to eat the meat of another warrior if defeated in battle, they tought it make you stronger phisically and spiritualy. I think its safe to say that theres some genes involved in this jaja
@@hanzagod yeah i thought so. There are very few fights of his to watch. He had phenominal stamina and suprising strength for his frame. But most of all his heart was what stood out. Anyways thanks hanza appreciate the effort you put into your work
2:17 they put a bit of johnny owens in there the tragedy of the bionic bantam the matchstick man , really great small fighter from England or whales , his skull was unfortunately thinner than the normal human skull and he died from a skull break and brain bleed during the fight he was a darn good boxer pride of his countrymen shame how he had a thinner skull and no one knew he had been boxing with a thinner skull for years rip to a true talent
R.I.P Johnny Owen

One of the greatest Bantamweight boxers of all time!
Thank you for this. He was one of the most skilled fighters of the 70's and 80's, and he gets little credit for hs work. Awesome, clean fighter with heart.
Pintor era un salvaje arriba del ring, uno de los grandes de la época dorada del boxeo mexicano. Excelente video
Me siento bien orgulloso de ser de mi México 🥊🇲🇽🥊 cuántos guerreros saludos de un boxeador 👊

Not all people in mexico were Aztecs , 300 different tribes.

80% of the mexican world champions are not wbc champions, stop with the hate.
It was not exactly for the gods, it was for the continuity of existence

Hey hanza do you have enough footage to make a highlight video for Johnny Owen
I'd love to but unfortunately I don't. One of the bravest fighters I've seen

Otra de las leyendas del boxeo, representando a todo un pueblo. Se le admira y respeta al gran Lupe Pintor
