WOW you have changed dramatically over the years, you actually look younger now!Seeing the photo's of you as an emo made me smile, you looked so cute! Thanks for doing this video.Gorgeous!
I'm a fat, old broad (in my 50s) in the U.S. (and still gorgeous) who used to buy junk, had tons in my closet, yet would spend (seemingly) hours looking for something to wear to work, but had nothing. Stressing out. I had a lot of the junk I hadn't worn since you were in high school, and way before (LOL!). About the beginning of this year, I began to get rid of the junk. I found your blog and I identified with it immediately. We have similar taste. It gave me focus on what to keep and what to get rid of. I am still trying to let go of some favorites from years past that I'll probably never wear again. I ask myself why is it so hard to rid myself of them. Anyway, my basic, daily wardrobe is way, way down from the previous. I can pack most of it in a small suite case! Proud of myself for that. I'm a hiker and backpacker and would pack a week's worth, plus gear, in my backpack. Why couldn't I do similar with my regular clothes? I'm all about ultralight packing, multi-use, minimalism all the time now. Thanks for your inspiration and ideas. Please don't ever stop!
Thank ou so much for taking the time to write about your own experience! I am so happy to hear that you've found a lot of help in here. And good job, getting rid of all the excess! I hope it will keep you stress-free
I am Also in my 50s. I was beginning to return to what my mother taught me, to build a wardrobe based on good quality, classics. Her style is very French, mine a little more colorful, but classic. Signe, you have really helped mye on my journey back to sane fashion and I now love my wardrobe and am not wasting money or resources.
SeaHikerChick .. haha me three in my 50s... I'm thinking this inspiration we are seeing from Signe is the way it was for us growing up, it's the good old days, wearing things over and over till they moldded to our bodies. They was no keeping up to everyone and our parents taught us buy it once take care of it , make it last. Like she said, change the toss out mentality. It's so nice seeing us gals enjoy a good wardrobe like sharing a good bottle of wine🍸cheers
Great to see how you evolved. I too was a shopaholic but I now love the clothes I already have. I wish there were more styling vids on the tube rather than fashion hauls. You inspire me SOoooo much😊
You've gone through many metamorphoses. And you have grown with your style. I've been classic since my hippie days back in the 60s when I finally ditched my fro, bell bottoms and fringed vest and have worn nothing else. Classic is always the way to go, no matter what the current trend. Your videos are truly inspiring.
It was interesting to go back in time with you and hear your story. I imagine many of us who don't want fast fashion and excess have evolved in a similar way. You have grown more beautiful with age. My younger style was all about dresses, short skirts, lace and patterns, and erred on the sexier side. Nowadays I love premium jeans, pants, silk shirts and tops, cashmere sweaters, jackets and great shoes. There is more repetition and less shopping too. Thanks for sharing Signe. Regards, Deb.
WHAT A BLESSING! In this world of youtubers bringing this world to more and more consume YOU are a SHINY STAR of common sense and feminine smart way of life. LOVE THIS. It should be an obligatory video in any high school!
I was someone who wouldn't wear the same clothes in a month till I become someone who only her clothes once -2x a year. I'm not even rich, just a hoarder. No matter how thick or thin my pocket, I would always buy clothes to feel good even if I only wear some once-thrice. I started purging my closet before the new year but after 3 months I gradually started to buy clothes then became an impulsive shopper again. So I've been watching vids about minimalism and I appreciate how you keep some beautiful colors as style.
I never ever leave comments but I stumbled upon you this morning and I'm truly inspired. For my sins, fast fashion has been my weakness but I love your moral standing on sustainability and creating a capsule wardrobe. I will be following suit!
Hi, Signe. I can see elements of all three styles in your style today----classic, feminine and edgy----which just goes to show that we are indeed the sum of our experiences! Where we have been makes us who we are today......thanks so much for sharing your journey. Love, Tracey
Your story resonates with me. I too have had a similar shopolic journey and have been slowly converting to minimalism the last couple of years. There is something so freeing with having less. Thanks for your story. Lots of love ❤️
I have watched a lot of videos about capsule wardrobes and minimalism over the past few years and yours I have to say I enjoy the most. To me minimalism is all about creating a fresh and open space to live your life and I get that feeling when I watch your blog. Some videos are very psycholigically analytical which is good but the way they talk is more of a speech/classroom format. Or minimalism is sold as a new fashion trend. Or the person goes off on tangents talking about other stuff or they talk a mile a minute really fast. So I enjoy your to the point and relaxed way of talking. My own fashion journey is very full and complicated. Not sure I could get it all out here. I'm 37 now and recently feeling like I crave fashion that is timeless and ageless. Fashion that looks great on someone of any age. Fashion that is sophisticated but relaxed without being lazy. Fashion that is fun but not juvenile or overly postering. Fashion that is mature and classic without being frumpy or boring. And fashion that just makes me feel fresh. I feel like a lot of fashion weighs me down because there is so much thought, planning, psychology and identity involved. I have had the grunge look, the modern grunge look, the bohemian, the hippy, the goth, pastel goth, punk, rock chick, yoga girl, kawaii, rockabilly girl, everyday girl. My hair has been bright cherry red multiple times, bleached blonde, my natural brown, black, black with pink and purple strands, and deep burgundy. It's been long and down to my hips, shoulder length or a shorter bob with bangs, assymetrical bob with assymetrical bangs, mohawk, pixies, mushroom cuts and completely shaven off. My hair currently is shaven off which I love! I hoard nail polish but they are getting old and because I care about having healthy make up I'll be replacing them with less color options as well as a healthier brand. Same for the rest of my cosmetics. Shoes used to be a problem for me but no more. In a world full of choices for some reason it isn't that great to have so many and to have a lifestyle created for us to make so many choices constantly. It's stupidly a full time job with making no money out of it. Minimalism for me has been a long process over time. I've slid back and then waking up and being like "Wait a minute!" again. I live in a smaller basement apartment now so it's easier for me to feel claustrophobic and crowded so it pushes me to be even more minimalist than I have dared to before. Thank you for your videos!
Love your style! You’ve inspired me in my own journey of discovery towards shopping less and shopping my own closet for each seasonal trend! It’s a great time for it. I’m sixty and my style has definitely evolved from a decade ago! Keep up the great inspiring work you do!
I love your channel! I feel like more and more people from our generation are getting tired of the whole excessive consumption and overwhelming advertising. I can only hope that this way of thinking will continue to spread and that this past ten years or so would just be the reason we can now think enough is enough and be more conscious consumers
You have a fantastic sense of style and it's definitely the type of style that I'm drawn to - and I tend to dress very much like you do. I've seen a few pieces in your wardrobe that I love and they are on my wish list now.
So nice to actually see that we all go through similar parts of life even if we're in two completely different parts of the world, and actually relate to that.. Lots of love from Morocco
I'm so glad to hear you could relate to my journey! And like you say, even if we're in completely different parts of the world! Thanks for your comment
i can relate to the whole thing from highschool to now . but right now i just started on decluttering and searching for a good clothes that will last for a long time, ive been watching all of ur videos and i really love it .
Dear Signe, I felt so happy watching this super sweet video! You went through so many deep, polemic and even touchy points. I totally agree with all you said and relate to it. Of course you are a deep and extremely intelligent woman, and it's very clear in everything you do. It's nice to see someone so true to herself. Well done and thanks for sharing it with us! Keep on doing what you are doing. It's a beautiful, deep and meaningful job!❤️👏🏻🌟 You are a great Denmark's 🇩🇰 cool style representative!
Wow lots of changes! But I think when you are young that's what you do. Little by little you become a better version of you. I'm 45 years old and I don't know how to dress myself! In the sense that I have ZERO fashion sense! I have to live frugally now that I have a tight budget and I like your videos because they are simple an easy to follow. Keep doing what you're doing, you are great! I hope one day I can come and visit your beautiful country. Good luck!
This was so interesting. Loved seeing all your changes. I must say, I love the brown bob on you. Cute, cute. Really like the style you evolved into the most though, which is why your channel caught my eye to begin with. Thanks for the look back.
It was so nice listening to your story. My current self is like your old self. I would buy clothes every month and convince myself that it would be the last time. I impulse shop a lot. I reminisce about the days where I could go a few months without buying any clothes. Listening to your story made me feel more motivated to stop this spending habits. Thank you! I just found your channel and am binge watching all your videos!
I loved this video. I have decided to start shopping my own wardrobe now, rather than always searching for new clothes. I have also downloaded Cladwell because of your recommendation and it is so much fun to use 😀
What a great story! You did an awesome job on telling it! I love your hair the length that it is. Very current and edgy. I have long hair, and have had it long for waaaaay to long. Since I've started watching your videos I have been wanting to cut it like yours. Now all I need is the courage to do it haha! Thanks for sharing your journey!
Thanks for sharing such a personal evolution with us! I used to think wearing and buying the same type of things over and over meant I was in a rut... so I'd go out of my comfort zone and buy things that attracted me and were new and fun but then those pieces would never fit in with my other stuff and just wouldn't get much wear. Now I've accepted that there are certain colours, materials, and cuts that I strongly prefer and try not to deviate from it, thinking of it as my signature style rather than being stuck in a rut. :)
Thank you for being open and sharing your past. It is fun to see your evolution. You're so pretty. I am STILL trying to go from shopaholic to minimalist. I have storage bins FULL of clothing I'm trying to part with. Your channel is helpful in trying to pare down and mix and match minimal pieces.
This was so interesting to watch. It is extremely helpful to see how one might move in a direction that is less wasteful and less based upon mindless, needless and endless consumption. Thank you - it is really inspiring!
I can TOTALLY relate. I grew up in the 90's and had a very limited budget. During that time (90's) in the US, trends were more unique and crazy, which was easy to find on the sale racks at my local mall. I filled my closet with the most unusual pieces, and won the title of "best fashion sense" in High School....BUT I don't know how I really earned that title, because I don't think I actually WORE any of the pieces that I bought! While my friends envied my closet full of one offs, bright colors, and strange prints...I was immensely jealous of their more basic pieces. I just recently started building my capsule (minimal) wardrobe, and am SO MUCH HAPPIER. The great thing is, I don't have to give up my "weird" wardrobe at all-I just pair ONE crazy piece with a basic look and I feel way more confident. Cheers to you! Thank you for the inspiration. Love your videos. XO
I so enjoy you on RUclips! You use such a common sense ideas in your lifestyle and dress. I am sorry to say that it has taken me 61 years to get to somewhere close to where you already are! I am in the process of dealing with my quest to downsize in every area of my life after finally arriving at the point where I have more than I need or want. I have never liked shopping for clothes, have never been good at dressing or makeup, but instead, have always loved home decor, so that's where I put my focus! Now, on the other side of 60, I am so ready to do the opposite! Thank you for your sensible, minimal approach to everything! It lines up with my (new) need for simplicity, balance and LESS! Love your style!
Enjoyed your journey to where you are today. I love the simplistic style. You look well rounded in ever facet of your life. Enjoy be happy . You are a lovely young lady. Hugs and love Shirley from Georgia. You are a wonderful role model for young girls trying to find there way.
Great video. You are so fortunate to have these years documented if anything just for yourself but for telling this story as well - your evolution of style. I am quite older than you, but your videos have inspired me and continue to do so. Thanks for sharing.
You are so inspiring! I'm on my way to my own version of minimalism (not basic at all) and i'ts been a year decluttering my wardrobe every month because I still think that I own too much. But i have to say that you make everything so much easy, i love your videos! Kisses from Chile!
Love your videos, you are still young and I am sure you will continue to evolve and change for the better, I am 51 now and continue to evolve because of course things change, like our size or our lifestyle, the important thing is to stay true to ourselves and enjoy the ride.
you have HELPED ME SOO MUCH clothes and my style make so much more sense to me now as i follow all your advice on your videos this past month. i love your style today. thnx for your inspo i fell much more comfortable with how i look and will continue to get where u are. its cheaper and much less stressful. i thrift and stay looking for my own quality true style wardrobe. i love knowing i can wear the same things twice. you have rocked the simple basic pretty classic casual look! my goal!!i cant thank u enough!!✌💝😘💌📹💎
You're amazing! I love your videos so much, please keep on filming them)) Especially this video is so inspiring and it made me feel more confident about my own style evolution. I also used to be an emo girl and when this period passed away I was so ashamed of it.
I love your short hair! it really suits you, thank you for all the great tips! I feel like i've gone through a similar journey and right now I'm struggling with allowing so many pieces into my wardrobe because i've been thrifting. Trying to go back to my roots and use my strong will to say no to super trendy pieces even if they are thrifted and inexpensive!
In a couple of month I'll be turning 30 and I wanted to change something in my life. I realized I have junk in my wardrobe and just a few things that really worth keeping. Actually I didn't want to freak out every time I have to think in an outfit and I don't want to waste money (also I like what you said about second hand and environmental clothing). Thanks to you I'm at the beginning of this journey and I'm so glad I found you: I've already classified my clothe, got what I need and hope to keep going in the same direction. I want to get over with this from day to night but I know is a process. I'm just worry about the clothes I don't want to keep (what should i do with them?) and the time I have to wait for my dream capsule wardrobe!! 😩 Keep posting. You are such an inspiration! Ivi, from Argentina! 🇦🇷
It was so nice to seeing your style evolution. 🤗 When I started secondary school, I was into skater type of clothes with lots of black. Then it changed into more girly and feminine with lots of colors and prints. It went further on more casual with some colors popping here and there. And now I still choose comfort above all, so many casual pieces. But I love to get some pieces with some details on them, such as ruffles and embroided figures. I don't go for bright colors and prints, I'd rather pick earthy naturals colors that suit my skintone. I'd like to mix with some bohemian pieces too. So that's how my style has evolved. 😊
I heard about minimalism over a year ago and I have been slowly changing my lifestyle ever since. My closet was a nightmare and I'm slowly changing out things and downsizing. Now my husband and I are trying sell our house to buy a smaller home. Currently, even watching the products we buy and how we can help with sustainability.
This is such a great video! I can completely relate and guess where almost the same age, since I had the exact same style evolution, from pop to emo to skater to pop. A few years ago I discovered Light By Coco and was so inspired by Project 333 that I started a capsule wardrobe. I came across your channel a while ago and just loooooved it, but never took the tame to leave a comment, so here I am! Capsule wardrobes have been such a savior to me, since they help me to shop less and really think about what I want. I always felt guilty towards the environment when I shopped so much, buying low quality labels that have such an impact on the world. Now I have more focus, I shop more thoughtful and found my own style. And I LOVE to wear outfits on repeat! Really love this community
you are a great inspiration for me.. we have pass through the same style trends and experiences so this make me feel that i can do it as well as you do! greetings from Argentina!
This is a great story of your evolution. I loved listening to the private language of your memories and seeing the pictures. As so many of us say, I've walked a similar path on my journey of minimalism, a capsule wardrobe, and a search for happy satisfaction with what I am, what I have, and where I am now. Thank you for sharing your journey. My daughter traveled a similar path. Her name is Emily. Have a good time with your Emilie's journey! ;>)
Great retrospective on your fashion journey. For me20's was a decade of following Harper's Bazaar and Vogue magazines while shopping on a shoestring budget. Worked in jeans and t-shirts in our family business.30's starting over working in an office building a wardrobe for office work, little else.40's life's focal point was athletics. Ditched high heels, work clothes were functional and workout clothes and gear were where the money went.50's return to fashionista version two with stylish fitted fashion to flatter a lean body.60's wearing clothes primarily for comfort, versatility and mainly classic traditional styles that will outlast fast fashion trends and fabrics that endure frequent washings as I will wear the same pieces every few weeks in varying and different combinations.as for Minimalism? Capsule wardrobe? The closest I came was in my 40's because of the single focus of athletics diverting all available resources into athletics, fitness, nutrition, and training. Worked to live out my fitness goals.
This was a great video, I too am a bit of a shopaholic and I'm trying to find ways of cutting down what I have, it's quite difficult so it will be baby steps first!
My style has consisted of dark jeans and t-shirts and shorts and capris and sneakers at work! In the winter I wore turtlenecks in dark green and red and black, with jeans, and boots. For church I wear graphics t- shirts designed I identify those who serve in guest services, with jeans and capris, and sandals boots or sneakers. I wear earrings, and bracelets occasionally.
Really enjoyed watching how your style has evolved through the years. I love your style now and the simplicity of it. I think long hair really suits you although the shorter style you are now wearing is very chic and looks great on you too. Thanks for sharing this video, cheers 😊
Thanks so much for sharing your style evolution. :) Un-fancy has also been the first resource I found when I started getting interested in minimalism and capsule wardrobes. And yes it is a process. I've decluttered but I'm still working on finding my style. And hi from Southern Denmark as well! ^^
Thanks for sharing your story. It was very interesting. I recently rearranged and decluttered my closet. It is similar to your style. I feel like I don't have this need to go out and get something new all the time anymore. I can mix and match what i have and i really enjoy that ;) i always like your video.
Hi you look much younger, simple, stylish and decent now. Well worth the tuition fees, time and effort. Congratulations. I like what I see now. We have similar taste in style, colors and design.
So interesting to your style evolution. I went through a lot of different styles too and currently love wearing basics now like you. I wish I could get my wardrobe to be minimal and purchase less but it's been hard!
Thanks for sharing, we have a lot in common in this video, I started also as a small town pop girl, then went emo (also had a ring on my lip) met my husband 10+ years ago, cut my hair several times and grew it back hahah and now looking to aim to a more simple style :) also I went from shopaholic and trying to be minimalist, impulse buys, cheap items etc
Crazy that we have SO many things in common, haha! It's really awesome reading through the comments and seeing how many people all over the world who relate to the same things. Not to sound super corny, but it's actually kinda beautiful! Thanks for your comment
Hi Signe! I stumbled upon your channel and I think you’re so inspiring! I have a bad habit of spending too much on clothes, and i always keep buying the same things all over again (in my case, just basic plain tops) 😐 i have no idea why i do that! Lol. Will apply your tips on building a basic, good quality wardrobe and hope i wont hoard so much in the very near future! Wish me luck!
Hej från Sverige! Our style evolution is soo similar! I was adicted to The Hills and Lauren too (and kind of emo before that)! I'm still working on my capsule wardrobe though.. don't know if I'll ever get down to like 37 items but I've managed to at least get rid of half of it.
Haha, so funny we have that in common! In the beginning and it was very helpful for my to stay fixed at 37 products in terms of learning to limit myself and getting my bad shopping habits under control. But the most important thing is, to have things in your wardrobe that you love to use over and over again. So today I have allowed myself to bend the rules a bit. I usually end up with something between 35-45 products and I only purchase a 2-3 new things every season, sometimes maybe even only one thing :-) XX
Apologies for the late comment, but my shopping habits/journey is definitely similar to yours in some ways. The only difference would be that I successfully avoided that emo phase [plus the emo music lol xD]. I decided a couple months ago to use the capsule wardrobe system thanks to you and a couple other slow fashion/lifestyle bloggers, and since then, I've come to see that my style is very classic, but also fun and casual.
When she said 2006 was when she was about to start high school, I almost died... I was... graduating from the university and part of the workforce late that year. My goodness! :p
Haha great video! This was really cool, loved all the different styles. I think it is very interesting how we can evolve our style but still find common pieces or staples, like your bag. For me it was a pair of tall brown boots. I have never been a big shopaholic, but your videos have helped me understand my style better using the things i already owned. I have recently read the book 'goodbye things', its very informative and quite fun. Can you do a books you love post? Xx from uruguay
Use Less great post!! I found the minimalism documentary such an eye opener. I actually follow rhe minimalists podcast, its very good. I also follow the mustards, they are such a funny couple. Keep the amazing videos coming, the definition is just perfect
These pictures show how the style change your look, like you were different person. Sticking to the one style is a matter of resign from any deifferent styles, which is difficult...
WOW you have changed dramatically over the years, you actually look younger now!Seeing the photo's of you as an emo made me smile, you looked so cute! Thanks for doing this video.Gorgeous!

I absolutely LOVE when women refer to themselves as broads. Such a great term! 💜

Thanks for sharing. Don't feel embarrassed about how you looked in the past. It is all part of the journey that brought you to where you are today ; )
Good luck!
Thank you so much for these kind words
What an amazing and honest video! And your change is unbelievable.
It took some courage to finally make it and publish it, but I'm so happy that it is well received
This was so interesting. Loved seeing all your changes. I must say, I love the brown bob on you. Cute, cute. Really like the style you evolved into the most though, which is why your channel caught my eye to begin with. Thanks for the look back.
Thank you so much
It was so nice listening to your story.
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for your comment
You really are lovely and classic. I love your style.
THANK YOU
This was so interesting to watch.
XO
You are definitely up there with Un- Fancy as one of my favorite minimalistic style bloggers! 💓💓💓 Religious viewer here with lots of love!
Wow, thank you so much!! I am very honoured about that :-D
Thank you!!
This is an amazing story! Love your honesty and how you showed us your style journey. You are inspiring!
Thank you for your honesty! If I met you those days I would never think that it was you)))
Great video. You are so fortunate to have these years documented if anything just for yourself but for telling this story as well - your evolution of style. I am quite older than you, but your videos have inspired me and continue to do so. Thanks for sharing.
Yes, that is one of the good things about growing up surrounded by newer technology and camera phones ;-) Thank you so much
Deb InPEI i
love your blog I used to be a shopaholic and now shop thrift stores and save keep up the great work
We all have our phases and you made a complete 360! 🙂 Thanks for sharing your evolution with us!!
Exactly :-* Thank you!
You are so inspiring! I'm on my way to my own version of minimalism (not basic at all) and i'ts been a year decluttering my wardrobe every month because I still think that I own too much. But i have to say that you make everything so much easy, i love your videos! Kisses from Chile!
"I turned straight up emo" 😂😂😂 same, girl. So relatable.
You are such an inspiration to me thank you for helping me declutter everything in my life. Easier living for me now 😊👍
You actually always had/has great style. I liked all of your looks from before. My opinion
Love your videos, you are still young and I am sure you will continue to evolve and change for the better, I am 51 now and continue to evolve because of course things change, like our size or our lifestyle, the important thing is to stay true to ourselves and enjoy the ride.
You are SO right! Thank you
I love your style and take on minimalism!
you have HELPED ME SOO MUCH clothes and my style make so much more sense to me now as i follow all your advice on your videos this past month. i love your style today. thnx for your inspo i fell much more comfortable with how i look and will continue to get where u are. its cheaper and much less stressful. i thrift and stay looking for my own quality true style wardrobe. i love knowing i can wear the same things twice. you have rocked the simple basic pretty classic casual look! my goal!!i cant thank u enough!!✌💝😘💌📹💎
Wow!
Use Less 💗💋☝🙏you have no idea🌷🌻💗
You're amazing! I love your videos so much, please keep on filming them)) Especially this video is so inspiring and it made me feel more confident about my own style evolution. I also used to be an emo girl and when this period passed away I was so ashamed of it.
Thank you so much, you sweet girl
I love your short hair! it really suits you, thank you for all the great tips! I feel like i've gone through a similar journey and right now I'm struggling with allowing so many pieces into my wardrobe because i've been thrifting. Trying to go back to my roots and use my strong will to say no to super trendy pieces even if they are thrifted and inexpensive!
Omg yes! More minimalism & zero waste to Denmark!
Keep posting. You are such an inspiration!
Ivi, from Argentina! 🇦🇷
I know this video is old, I just saw it. It’s really crazy how different you look with a short bob!!! You’re beautiful in both styles too.
Another great video. I am also a shopaholic to minimalist transformation.
Thank you
truely your such an inspiration Signe...my wardrobe has a sense of direction now...
THANK YOU!!
omg good old fashionblogging days - sometimes i really miss them! susie, elinkan, irene adler...
you are a great inspiration for me.. we have pass through the same style trends and experiences so this make me feel that i can do it as well as you do!
greetings from Argentina!
Loved this video and your channel ! Glad I found you at this point when I want to change my habits and simplify my life :)
The picture of the pink scarf and shorter hairstyle is your best liook.
Loved this video!!! It was more than a style evolution - more like a life evolution! Xx
You are so right about that, haven't thought of it like that! :-) Thanks girl
My style has consisted of dark jeans and t-shirts and shorts and capris and sneakers at work!
In the winter I wore turtlenecks in
dark green and red and black, with jeans, and boots. For church I wear
graphics t- shirts designed I identify those who serve in guest services, with jeans and capris, and sandals boots or sneakers.
Thank you so much
I am currently trying to do this, timeless style always looks better than trendy items when looking back on photos.
That's so true!! That's usually the pictures of myself I'm drawn to as well.

You look so pretty through the years!!! I really like your actual classy style though! Thanks for a great video
That makes me so happy!! Well done :-*

Beautiful video! Love your hair this length and like someone said below you do look younger now.You are so beautiful!
It IS very hard! Also because life isn't static. We change and evolve constantly. But classic never goes out of style :-*
XX
The bob hair style is a nice look on you if you decide to do it again. If you want long hair for the day you can always do hair extensions.
I had a Hills Lauren Conrad love phase too, now my style is a lot more edgy, classic, simple
Mine too!
I was laughed at when I wore the same scalf to an annual Christmas Party. I had no problem still wearing the same thing that I love 10 years later.
Very brave of you to share! You go girl 💕
I'm starting to declutter and boi do I have so many trendy pieces;; thank you for a great video and for sharing your journey with us
You’ve exchanged your “costumes” for a “uniform”and you look much better. Less like someone else and more like yourself. Bravo.
I was all scarves and big earrings around that time too!! That's so funny, must have been trending ;)
I am all for classic styles.love ur style.
U inspire me
Thanks for sharing, we have a lot in common in this video, I started also as a small town pop girl, then went emo (also had a ring on my lip) met my husband 10+ years ago, cut my hair several times and grew it back hahah and now looking to aim to a more simple style :) also I went from shopaholic and trying to be minimalist, impulse buys, cheap items etc
Crazy that we have SO many things in common, haha! It's really awesome reading through the comments and seeing how many people all over the world who relate to the same things. Not to sound super corny, but it's actually kinda beautiful! Thanks for your comment
It is always interesting to go back. Amazing. 🥰
You go Girl! Love your style!
I usually end up with something between 35-45 products and I only purchase a 2-3 new things every season, sometimes maybe even only one thing :-)

Thank you for inspire me! I really resonate with your story! 👍🏻😊👏🏼
you have a very nice and elegant style now
Very cool thanks for sharing your story. And for sharing your inspiration too.
Me siento tan identificada. El minimalismo es lo único que me ha ayudado con el trastorno compulsivo de compras
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS. I'm trying to incorporate minimalism in my life and channels like this are very inspiring. Please keep spreading the message.
What an inspiring story. Thanks for sharing. 😀
Awesome, trying to get there where you are right now-simple and basic wardrobe and simple home. Workin' on it 😋😅
Haha great video!
Thank you for your comment
Use Less great post!! I found the minimalism documentary such an eye opener. I actually follow rhe minimalists podcast, its very good. I also follow the mustards, they are such a funny couple. Keep the amazing videos coming, the definition is just perfect
These pictures show how the style change your look, like you were different person. Sticking to the one style is a matter of resign from any deifferent styles, which is difficult...
I really enjoyed this! I love your style!
I LOVED this video! Thank you for sharing.
