  • FEEL is a four year project funded by the EU’s Interreg Europe Programme.
    The Lead Partner is ALOEN, the local Energy Agency of South Brittany, FR. Energy Cities is advisory partner.
    FEEL will test and develop sufficiency, low tech and cooperation approaches in 8 European cities and regions. Project-partners will apply the principles of frugality in schemes to renovate older housing, enhance biodiversity, improve services & engage their communities. They will improve their planning through inter-regional learning of which this event in Besançon in June 2024 was one.
