    During the month of March to June, corals are sparse due to warm coastlines. It is such a blessing that there is no typhon or northeast monsoon this November and December. Snorkeling along the coastline around any island in the Philippine is a rare treat.

      Yes, it's a good idea to go around high tide as the area is quite shallow.

      Actually Sea Snakes are highly venomous than terrestrial snakes.
