They are definitely legit
yeah, I had a little dibble of plastic in there, and it can get stuck if you push it too far in when initially connecting it (or reconnecting it when you change batteries).
I need to get this and their Naval Commander figures. Honestly they’re how I viewed the original figures when I was a kid. Just wish they weren’t so expensive.

It's so cool that this take by Fans Hobby is as much gimmicky as the original, yet fits well with a MP styled collection. Though, I'm not sure about the several panels and boxy-ness of the tank. Other than that, amazing looking figure.

I hope this company does some minicon teams that form some of the weapons from the show like the Star Saber, Skyboom Shield, and Requiem Blaster. That would be so cool!
I love the look of this, but after all the QC issues with Naval Commander idk if I want to buy another piece from Fanshobby. Put in the replacement chest parts, and the replacement screws for the Super head. Good for months, then go to change the pose and a finger fell off... Didn't even mess with the hands...

This company seems to love their repaints when they are given the opportunity to do them. That Powerbaser I believe it's called? They've made so many different colored ones now, I can see why most think it's only a matter of time for these new guys!
I have 450 In minicons alone. all the repaints 7 such they did between US & Japan. Plus special figures like chase figures. All white ect. I am more picky with 3P cause more exspensive. I skipped on optimus but Megatron I may get.
Where did you get the autobot and decepticon insignia labels from? Im looking to get either naval commander or meg tyrano and would just like to make them look better :)
Honest question: Do collectors enjoy spring loaded missiles? I enjoy play features, but when it comes to the action, it's always in my head. Missiles are clumsy, inaccurate, under-powered and most frequently lost.
I almost dismissed the figure outright upon my first time seeing him in bot mode because of how weird his head looked. It makes zero sense for Fanshobby to pack him with the inferior option for both the horns and face installed. He didn't even look like himself! Upon swapping his face and horns out I was like "There we go; that's the Armada Megs I grew up with". Seeing him with the proper horns and face alone is making me want every other Armada figure Fanshobby will make. If only there was a way to make the shoulder blocks actually touch and/or connect to the arms in bot mode.
@@peaugh That's a relief. I've definitely had to take GorillaGlue to some of my figures. Prime Cliffjumper FE for one... front bumper broke near the hinge. Managed to get it back together and still transformable.
NEVER buy ANYTHING from TF source.. They are overpriced with everything they sell, if you have any issue with your order such as it arrives broken or parts are missing they will try to blame you for breaking it yourself or say that it left the factory like that.... Anything to avoid giving you a refund or replacement and if you order from them and you live outside the u.s. You can FORGET about them lifting a finger to help you... Perhaps it's fitting that the head of their so called "customer service" dept is named Rob because that's what they do.. They Rob people.. Their whole buissness agenda is "we have your money now and we don't care if your item is broken /damaged/has parts missing or got lost by the postal service"... AVOID tf source at ALL costs.
This is cool and all but I am still salty that their G2 Megatron got indefinitely shelved. It still feels empty having their G2 Prime on my shelf but no counterpart to fight.
It’s nice to see armada getting some third party love but I feel that the engineering on this one was a little lazy. The original toy was super simple so I get that the design on this would follow suit but those panels just folding flat on the exterior seem like bad design
It's actually not too bad, and while there is part of me that misses the shoulder tread just being part of his arms and not "floating" there, it does allow for more freedom of movement than the originals did.

This is one of the most articulated Transformers figures I've ever messed around with and is on par with an S.H. Figuarts figure, pretty impressive.

Yeah I'm not a fan of missiles. When I'm buying second hand figures I'm not bothered if it's missing stuff like that.
Prefer to not have them myself. I find them ok in mainline stuff, but hate it in 3P/MP stuff.
