The 2009 NPC Jr. Nationals kicks off today. Thunder, lightening and heavy rain has made it's way into the area. This is a look outside the host hotel of the venue. Fitness, Figure, Bikini and Bodybuilding begins inside. Turns out the rain isn't so good for a competitor's tan.
