So I tried playing KINGDOM HEARTS 2 In 2023...

- Kingdom Hearts 2 has firmly sat in my top 5 games of all time since I first played it as a kid. With my love of the series diluting as each spin-off passed me by, I simply had to go back to the one that had me fall in love with Kingdom Hearts in the first place and see if there was still anything left for me.

This game has aged like a fine wine. Nearly 20 years later and it’s hard to top just how good this game is.
2005, this came out in 2005! What an absolutely graphical and gameplay spectacle! Honestly, probably one of the best (PS2) games of all time
The gameplay ages so well. Still feels incredibly responsive and deep to this day
Ehhhhhhhhh.....
I played it a bit again recently and the movement and camera controls are very stiff, awkward and generally unresponsive compared to most or all of the later games. That's hardly a Kingdom Hearts 2 exclusive issue, though. Most or all games made back then have these issues because game developers were still figuring these things out. I think overall the Osaka Games have much better analog movement. PS2/GameCube/Xbox games in general just don't have very good feeling movement and camera controls. Going back to KH2 after playing KH3 for so long when KH3 has overall much more fluid and responsive analog controls just makes KH2's analog controls just... not feel right.
@@boyishdude1234what? gameplay is fine it doesn’t feel stiff I don’t know what you’re talking about?
@@boyishdude1234The camera and movement is great, the only issue with the camera is that it doesn’t do a great job tracking locked on targets and there’s a certain boss with camera issues due to the arena. Though overall the movement and camera in particular is better than alot of modern games even (the camera is definitely better than the one in fromsoft games).
@@boyishdude1234 thats because you suck
I’m playing it right now at the start i preferred one because of fire change and no roll but now it’s way better
Critical is actually easier than Proud, you pretty much take the same damage but deal so much more and you have sooooo much more AP and starting abilities
Critical is sooo much fun I remembering lingering will it took me so long to learn all his attack patterns
This is beyond cap critical is not easier than proud they buff your damage because of how impossible it would be to beat without the buff
@@LimitedEye most attacks that one-3 shot you on proud would do the same on critical anyway
@@LimitedEye"impossible"
Have you seen lvl 1 crit runs....
@@loogiemusmaximusoftides8540 Sure, but a lot of attacks that wouldn't one-shot in Proud CAN one-shot in Crit (damage received in both modes is the same, but you have half the HP on Crit). And yeah you may deal more damage, but just 25% more. This means both you and the enemy die quicker, but you die much quicker than the enemy.
EDIT: also, since you have half HP and can go down to empty real quick real frequently, you can't use Cure as a crutch anymore. If you don't learn to block and dodge, you're not getting very far.
One of the best endings to a trilogy. It's stupid how good this game is.
Back when dev studios used to go above and beyond, god gaming was so damn good back then!!
It honestly didn't have to be a trilogy. The KH series could've ended at KH2 and that would've been just fine. I would even go as far as to say perfection.
@@C3IAM KH1, Chain of Memories, and KH2 is the trilogy I'm referring to. :)
@@IfYouSeekCaveman Haha! Sounds good to me!
@@IfYouSeekCaveman You forgot BBS that game was amazing. KH 3 was fine but lackluster. I’m still hopeful for 4. I have a feeling it will be better than 3
I got a PS2 as a kid just to beat this game… so worth it, I still play KH2 every couple of years on the HD remix
I agree the first three games (KH KH CoM KH2) make a perfect trilogy. The story beats and themes throughout them make it such a solid beginning middle and end with KH 2 being the perfect ending
Omfgg i thought so too!!!! 😢😢😢😢🎉😂 thought it was just me..bbs i didnt like that much sure it was tragic but i prefer kh2..it feels WAYYYY better than bbd combat system...
The trick to the pirates of the caribean is to have lots of mana ready to spam blizzard when they are in the sunlight and either fire or thunder when they are in the shade. Blizzard freezes them so they don't move, thunder makes them walk slowly and fire makes them run forward.
If you thought this game's combat shined in Proud Mode, I really recommend Critical Mode. Don't let the fact that Sora only gets 1/2 HP compared to Proud Mode fool you! In exchange, you get way more abilities right off the bat including MP Hastera which you cannot get in any other mode, and you also deal more damage close to the amount you deal in Beginner Mode.
I get to finally play this with the English patched ps2 version. I have both English patched ps2 games on the Steam deck.
I don't think I will ever get around to playing the third game. I watched it on RUclips.
@@Joe_334 im getting a steam deck soon and kh 2 is on the list. Should i emulate the ps2 version?
@@guutenks2498 No, play the PC version.
@@guutenks2498 buy the game on PC and get the refixed mods
@@rigby117 does that only apply to kh2?
This is my favorite game in the series and has been ever since it launched. This game and this series just bring so many great memories back. I was about 26 when this game released, and it still makes me feel the excitement of 10 year old me playing a new SNES game.
Hopefully I don’t make you feel old, but I remember Christmas Day being 4 years old playing this game and ever since then I was overwhelmingly hooked to the game adoring it in every aspect, it still is one of my favorite games and hell I think I beat it again like 5 months ago
@@CostFrost nah, my son was about 4 years old when this game released, so if anything you're just bringing back more memories. Thank you for that.
I love KH, but there's SO MANY more games that are superior to it.

Like what? Persona? What else?
Loved the video! Pro Tip: If you go back to a save point while still in a drive form, exit and re-enter the world, the drive gauge will be full again. Makes grinding the forms A LOT faster.
The roxas fight rewards you with the Two Become One keyblade. If equipped, you have a 50/50 chance of anti-form or Final Form anytime you enter any drive form. Once you gain Final Form, it is permanently unlocked. The Growth abilities you gain from leveling them up (which you can learn how to do by going to the Status menu for each drive form and checking the EXP field's description) are invaluable throughout the game.
I know many people complained about the beginning with the homie Roxas but that whole segment absolutely blew my mind and really subverted my expectations in ways I hadn’t experienced before. Thanks the great video. 🙏🏾
Yea man as a kid I hated this part because I spent like 4-6 hours on it not knowing where to go but once I replayed it as an adult I absolutely loved the intro.
It hits way harder once roxas says “guess my summer vacation is over”.
Not going to lie, The setting of Twilight Town use to give me this craving for butter pecan ice cream. Haha!
People who complain about Roxas are idiots
@@MrWashed_the reward of fighting someone you played as always hits different.
That’s one of my favorite parts of the series, but I can understand why some don’t like it there’s alot of cutscenes.
Best game ever wish I could replay it for the first time again 🥺
Those were the days right
Played it for the first time last week and I adored it~~

Very lucky!
I have payed it in middle school with my friends
easily no question Hollow Bastion part 3 fighting the hoard, is by far my favourite moment in gaming history. still blows my mind the ps2 didnt blow up.
Was obsessed with this game for a whole summer. Be everything and the main game back in 2006. Except the gummi ship. Couldn’t wait for KH3 to come out. Kept waiting and waiting.. lost all my skills and the desire to play video games in those 15 years. Still bought the KH3 collectors edition when it came out. 😊
For the pirates in the PoTc world, for the first visit, the back of the ship where the wheel is, is nothing but moonlight. On the second visit the front of the ship is nothing but moonlight. Theyre also really weak to magic, ([reflect, magnet, thunder]) are still your friends in this situation too.
Utada Hikaru did a amazing job on this theme, still love passion/sanctuary. 👍
My favorite game of all time. Going to love listening to this while at work, thank you Matty.
Edit: I couldn’t wait and ended up listening to it before bed haha amazing video Matty, thank you for the content. I’m glad this game means a lot to you as it means the world to me.
P.S. you didn’t need to start a cup in Olympus Colosseum to get your drive gauge back as long as you left Timeless River (the door) before your Drive Gauge ran out. I wish I could’ve gave you more tips as well but glad you enjoyed nonetheless 😂
I’m one of those believers who say the only way to play this game is on Critical. Anything Proud and lower is far to easy and really makes you appreciate the full depth of the combat in this game. One of the reasons I believe this is one best action rpg’s of all time. Critical is also imo one of if not the best hard mode in gaming.
The gummy ship section is so unlike anything else, its really endearing, especially fighting for those missions 😂
I was almost afraid this video wasn’t coming thank you. This is quite literally my favorite game of all time
For the pirate world, magic works for them regardless if they’re in the moonlight
I just played KH2 for my channel as well, but purposely avoided watching your video before I did lol I agree with so much of what you're saying. The gameplay is just next level in this. I didn't love the level design, story, or the revisiting aspects of the game, but we're all here for the gameplay!
Great video man, always enjoy your content. Keep it coming!
KH2FM is one my top 5 favorite, 10/10, games of all time. I recently earned the PS4 version platinum trophy as my 1st platinum of this year in January because I really wanted this game to be my 50th platinum trophy (49 plat being Crisis Core Reunion). When you said that this was your first Proud mode playthrough, I was shocked because I always thought playing through KH2 on Proud or Critical was the ideal way to play (since Standard and Beginner turns into a button masher). Nevertheless, really happy to hear that you still love this game. Hoping that KH4 puts the respect on KH again after KH3.
Totally loved this video Matty. Man it brought back so many memories. It’s so surreal how similar our childhood memories were with this game. It truly is sacred.
The first visit was always the best. Oddly the second visits felt empty. Still really good and I loved that they made it so you can revisit instead of blowing through the game
Easily my favorite in the series and one of the best games ever made. The bosses, stages, combat and music are 10/10. The Tron and Halloween Town worlds are my favorite. Also the different combat forms were so badass and fun
You probably know this by now but when you're grinding your forms you can use a exploit to make it a bit faster. If you go to a save point and return to world map before your form runs out your gauge will be full upon returning. So if you plan your path accordingly it speeds it up a good deal.
I feel like a trapping that people fall into with KH is saying that the games in between 2 and 3 are just "spin-offs". No, they're not. They're main series games that have just as much importance as the numbered games. Just because they aren't numbered doesn't mean they're inherently lesser. The continuation of KH2's story IS Dream Drop Distance, period. Kingdom Hearts 3 is a continuation of DDD. No person on the planet can say that 3 is a continuation of 2, it just factually isn't
The fact that people are still believing that the non numbered titles aren't important is baffling to me. Are they really KH fans if they only played the numeral titles and don't play the other titles?
Crazy how this game is like 15 years old, not a crazy character action game but still has more fun combat than most platinum games
23:10 This is kinda funny... the Pirates world (among various other things in the game) was actually CENSORED in the US version... the Japanese version was more true to the movie source with Will Turner threatening to blow his brains out (changed to imply he'll jump off the ship), Jack getting stabbed through the chest at the end of the fight with Barbossa, and pirate enemies that had rifles had their models changed to look more like crossbows (yet they still have the rifle firing sound effect)
Kid you was spared a little with this in mind :P
A long time ago this was my Favourite in the series
Now I can’t decide between all of them
Literally the best in the series and has the best soundtrack too. Was such a experience, from the title screen to xemnas.
U described the sephiroth battle so accurately it hurt, I remember sitting on the floor with my ps3 when I was 12 spending days grinding to get to level 99 so I could finally beat the lingering will and to this day I have never been able to defeat him, by now my ps3 has stopped working and I haven't seen my 2.5 remix disc in years so I doubt I ever will but it will forever hold a special place in my heart
I'll never forget the anticipation I had to play this but I had to wait so I could beat KH 1 first. Was totally worth the wait!
Kingdom Hearts II is my favorite video game of all time, it’s almost insane how much holds up for roughly 20 years later and how the ending is one of the greatest in video game history
Playing KH on the hardest difficulty really made me appreciate combat more.
Played this when I was younger and never really knew what game it was until about 4-5 years ago. Went back played through them all, love kh2 think it’s one of the best in the franchise. And the nostalgia is strong with this one!
I'm currently on a KH2 replay!
Loving it. Haven't played it in like 15 years & that sense of magic is still there. Kh 3 may have been a let down but I'm still excited for KH 4. Fingers crossed that they listened to the fans.
Bro just dropped a 40 minute extravaganza on kingdom hearts 2
God damn
Can't remember If it was kingdom Heart 1 or 2 the ending song was just amazing feeling. When you walk away you don't hear me say baby don't go simple and clean you make me feel tonight.
As someone who goes for platinums a lot, KH2’s plat really is not that grind heavy. Especially if you thoroughly enjoy the gameplay. I love this game heavy. The plat, data battles, and extra content are amazing
Crazy that I remember hating tron and Hercules, but loving everything else
3:30 Dude, this is fucking wild. I bought both KH1 and KH2 at the same time in 2006 and lived in Chula Vista at the time.
The ps2 is my favorite console of all time, and this is my favorite game on that console!
iirc KH2 has a system where certain boss fights can trigger Mickey as a playable when sora dies, long enough for a "Second Wind" to occur for him. It only occurs once per boss at a really low % chance, but Im pretty sure on the Xaldin fight if you die its 100% chance for mickey to show up.
dont worry, i didnt realise either roxas was sora with an x either until that point..
I love KH2 so much! KH3 is even better imo with the combat but that beginning of KH2 with roxas was fantastic. “Sora… You’re lucky. Looks like my summer vacation is… over”
Fun fact: if you exit a world while in a drive form in KHII, your drive gauge doesnt deplete. You regain the Drive Cost with no penalty.
Played KH2 back in the day, currently playing KH2 FinalMix, and just sat down 10 hours straight playing it as of today. Game is so good
I’m glad someone else agrees it has one of the best cameras of any action game
I've actually always been told that Critical mode tends to be *easier* than Proud, the reason being that even though enemy damage values are increased and your health is decreased, the damage you deal using reaction commands is DRAMATICALLY boosted, and you have a few additional skill points to use that make a pretty big differene.
That's generally true - In Critical fights just don't last as long as in proud, one way or another.
That and the 3x Lucky Lucky you receive on Crit is a massive help while grinding.
Kh2 is the best and always will be but the aesthitic from kh and Deep dive ending will never get old
I used to love listening to the music with the sora image (original kh2 not 2.5) on the title screen. It made it feel like you knew you was in for an adventure.
The receipt in the game box thing! I have always done that! It’s funny to see other people do it too, I never really thought about other people doing it too. Lol in regards to the gummyship, I always disliked having to traverse between worlds. In 3 it was sorta fun, but I still didn’t love it.
23:35 The game works just fine. The game can be played no problem in Critical Level 1, even killing Lingering Will (true, you die like a million of times but it can be done, most of the time using the cheesiest strategies; that or you are a god). I am the proof because i am not a pro like Will o Bizkit and I have done it. In Port Royal, pirates are really weak to magic. All spells apply some form of Crowd Control: blizzard stops them in place, fire makes them run away on fire and thunder makes them move really slow. Additionally, by that time you have Chicken Little, a summon all around crowd control. With Chicken Little you can take all those pirates to the moonlight and keep them stuck there while they can't attack.
This game has a very special place in my heart
9:19 Actually, YES!
Please, if you plan to play KH2 for the first time and it's not the first video game you ever played, Play Critical Difficulty.
Not because it's harder or a challenge or something. It's almost the other way around.
Compared to Proud mode, Critical has you, the Player, receive the same and deal 1.25x damage. That's right, you deal more damage on the higher difficulty, but that's not all.
You receive an additional set of like 10+ abilities minute 1 into the run. Abilities like Finishing Plus which change the entire flow of combat or 3x 'Lucky Lucky', which makes Item Drops more frequent.
But that's still not all - The game has Damage Scaling, which may sound terrible if you played Ubisoft or Bethesda Games previously but in KH2 it causes you to always do more than Chip-Damage, even when under levelled.
The game that solidified me as a fan of the series to this day. Been playing since 06 and still one of the most fantastic sequels I’ve ever played.
*I wish they made a third game*
Wait im confused is actual khIII not considered "true third entry"?
(Guessung its a joke)
@@sollumi3014 kh2 is just leagues above all the other ones
@@qdakid7776 Is it though? It's easily the worst RPG in the series if you look at the RPG elements it offers compared to the others, and I think whether or not it has the best combat in the series is rather debatable. I've found from my own playing of these games that DDD HD (not the original 3DS version) and KH3 (even pre-ReMind) have comparable combat depth and quality in practical gameplay.
I think the people who say that KH2 is the best in the series are looking only or mostly at its combat system, cherry picking its best aspects and then ignoring everything else about the game aside from its story and music. When looked at as an overall game I think its one of the most flawed games in the series; it was clearly not finished, even in the Final Mix release.
@@boyishdude1234no way you just said ddd and kh3 are better which are half assed games at best that latter game needs patches for it to be decent.
@@moncay3238 I did in fact say that, and I'm not incorrect, unless you can make a good argument for why I'm wrong, which I highly doubt given your attitude. 2FM is incredibly overrated, and vanilla KH2 is unquestionably the most unfinished and unpolished game in the series if we don't count the original 3DS release of DDD (you can tell that it was rushed out the door, it didn't even have the boss fight with Roxas that was clearly intended to be in the game, and despite popular belief it had no post-game content to speak of, as all of its optional content could be completed before beating the final boss, including Sephiroth and the Paradox Cups). It isn't leagues above either KH3 (which didn't need patches to be decent) or the HD remake of DDD as an overall game by any means, and I say that as someone who has 100% completed 2FM on Critical Mode multiple times and completed its "Level 1" challenge more than once, as well as done the same in DDD between both of its versions and done it the most in KH3 (mostly before the DLC came out). Every single Kingdom Hearts game is mediocre, half-assed slop with lots of issues. Name one hugely positive aspect about 2FM's gameplay that _isn't_ specifically its semi-decent combat system? Even Dark Souls 3 is better in comparison, and that game is the worst entry in its respective series by far. An Action RPG with truly great gameplay has more to offer than only a decent combat system. There needs to be a good *_RPG_* there as well, not just competent action. Likewise, there needs to be good *_action_* there too, not just competent RPG elements; this was the problem with Birth by Sleep and 358, and to a much lesser extent DDD (far more so the original 3DS version). KH1/1FM, ReCoded, DDD HD and KH3 (excluding all ReMind content) are the closest the series has gotten to correctly striking that balance, and all of them have their fair share of problems. They're not masterpieces by any means. None of the Kingdom Hearts games are.
Just because _you_ don't think KH3 or DDD are fun to play, that doesn't they're bad games. Quality is not a matter of opinion, and I've yet to see a single compelling argument for why KH3 and DDD HD are "horrible games" despite the fact that I have no reason to disagree with a good argument because I also think they're flawed. Granted, I've been called a "Birth by Sleep fanboy" in the past just for defending that game from criticisms I believed to either be false, poorly argued or made in bad faith, even when said defenses either came after or came with me explicitly mentioning more than once that I don't like the game very much and have no reason to protect it from any and all criticism, or even that I agree with a given conclusion about its quality and that I merely disagree with the presented argument (or lack thereof), so the possibility that you'll just accuse me of being some kind of "fanboy" for no other reason than that I disagree with you about KH3 and DDD is not lost on me. Kingdom Hearts fans, especially 2FM fans, have consistently shown me over the past roughly five years that they have very little ability to communicate with other people, to think critically or to process any kind of nuance, instead opting to go for surface level dogma, confirmation bias, groupthink and abuse of who they deem to be ideological dissidents, to the point that they'll ban people from their RUclips comments that they've deemed to be "hugely problematic" then publicly speak about it on Twitter to shame them in the public square behind their backs. That may sound pretentious, but that's just the fact of the matter, and to be frank, I'm including you in that negative assessment. If you believe that mocking me for what you deem to be "wrongthink" is going to make me get on all fours and kiss your starfish, think again. I will not change my mind no matter what you say, not because I don't believe each of the Kingdom Hearts games have flaws, but because you simply aren't up to the task of making good arguments. Rather, you're entirely incapable of making them.
Your retro videos are the best Matty!!
there are not multiple soras lmao. ventus isn't his "keyblade master." ventus is a completely separate person whose heart resides inside sora during most of the game's timeline, this happened because of the battle with vanitas. vanitas isn't evil sora, he looks like sora because of the connection between ventus' heart and sora. vanitas was originally faceless and is the essence of ven's darkness. roxas looks like ventus because of ven's heart as well.
it's crazy to think that the game came out in 2005, had to look it up since the new version dropped on steam and im relplaying it atm, It was ahead of its time.
To answer your question. The xaldin fight is programmed to have more mickey encounters than any other boss fight. We're not certain why, we just know that's how it is. There are several bosses where encounters can happen, even in the first half of the game. But way more on that fight
Interesting. You learn something new everyday!
discovering Cavern of Remembrance music and ambiance over a decade after my first KH2 run as a kid was ... astonishing
This game gives me so many emotions.. love it so much. I wanted Final mix (2.5) for the longest because of Limit Form and the Crowns you can unlock. Plating this game wasn't ez but its in my top 5 of Platinums
For anyone who doesn’t know the bottom of the cave in the Agrabbah world by the Mushroom 13 fight is the easiest spot to grind Wisdom form, the slanted room is all heartless which levels up Wisdom and if you return to the world map while still in a drive form it will refill your gauge so its the easiest place to grind
I think this was an exploit. I did something like this in Port Royal, at the entrance of the cave where the final fight with Barbossa takes place. I just go back to the ship and the drive refilled itself. I think it only worked on maps, one map away from any camp where you can speak to Donald and goofy.
Man I thought I was the only one the keeps the original receipts in their cases!
KH2 and FM IS Just a master piece...Like seriously. IT IS.
So fun fact one of my best friends let me borrow this game back in middle school and i kept the game for over a year because i loved it so much.
A little tip with the pirates in the moonlight fight
Stand in the moonlight use Chicken Little summon his whistle ability brings them directly to you. Afterwards just use Thunder or Fire to quickly wipe them out.
Perfect for Proud and Critical playthroughs
On another note
Summons are a wonder when you know how to utilize them.
CL ability is essential magnet before you acquire magnet.
Snitch, Chicken Little, Peter Pan summons are my favorites.
Mickey is actually available in several fights, but the odds are only mid. Everyone always seems to Mickey spam Xaldin because of his difficulty. Oddly he's the one boss I didn't mind getting owned at because it felt fair, I wasn't skilled enough.
Mickey can appear for Cerberus, some Heartless bossfights, and a few other odd and ends places. I forget the full list but it's based on story.
Also Antlantica was fully 120% optional you don't even have to unlock it.
Beating all the data fights on critical mode is still one of the toughest things I've had to do in a game worth it though!
i remember finishing this game and being like... ehh not for me
i could never beat sephiroth after like 50 tries lol and i was fine completing the game without doing it
I actually almost freaked out and thought I somehow unknowingly gave away my copy of the game since I live down the street from where yours was purchased!!! luckily I still have it 😏
Kh2 will forever remain a classic
Honestly. I played KH1 on standard and when i went to KH2 i played on proud and going back after playing proud. Critical mode is so much fun and made me appreciate critical and how unique it is and a big learning step
My favorite game of all time is kh2 it’s a masterpiece
That’s insane how your copy is from my hometown
For Pirates, on critical mode, you just move away and use magic. Pete suggests it's their weakness and Sora even thanks him for the tip. Freezing them in place keeps them stationary to wail on. Lightning is alright too.
I couldn’t finish my gameplay of the game because Xaldin was impossible to beat! I’m so glad I played Kingdom Hearts three because the others gameplay sucked so bad!
Hollow bastion part three is the best moment in gaming history
I’m surprised no one ever talks about Mickey Mouse getting pissed of and swearing vengeance for the “death” of Goofy. As a kid I thought that was one of the most badass things to ever happen. Like come on when else have you ever seen Mickey Mouse get pissed off and run off to murder some fools only in KH2
KH2 does not need an crazy amount of grinding. I did the 100% in 60hrs wich is not an insane length. You probably need just as long for all the covenant item farming in Dark Souls. And that is just for the covenant achievements and items. 60hrs for a whole game seems pretty short in comparison.
They should have ended the series with part 2. Now it's condiluted and confusing. Kingdom Hearts is my all time favorite game franchise. KH 2 has the best ending.
KH2 is still in my top 3 games of all time that still has a crazy good fight against the other 2 to be #1 for me. I replay this game every other year or so (its a huge RPG i cant do a new run every year for burn out reasons) and honestly i never understand why so many content creators claim that 2 is where it started getting convoluted. Whole heartedly disagree. 2 wraps up everything nearly perfectly. Id argue even Birth By Sleep makes sense while answering one of the longest tenured questions in the series. I only feel like Dream Drop Distance is where things get way too out there imo
I love this game so much I platted it twice on ps3 and ps4 in one month it was so much fun.
When I was younger I never crafted the ultima weapon so that was fulfilling for me😊
I’m a simple man, I see kingdom hearts 2 I click the like button. Also how you not gonna mention the absolute god tier opening cinematic for this game brutha (unless I missed it). Great vid overall though!! Thanks man!!
Mickey shows up if you die in certain boss fights, usually the really hard ones. Xaldin, Cerberus, and several others I don't recall
I have only ever seen this with Xaldin, and that Heartless in the ball room in the same world.
There are no "spin offs" in the kingdom hearts series. They're all sequels part of a large over arching narrative
(Kingdom Hearts II)
THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT
THAT'S WHY HE'S MVP
THAT'S WHY HE'S THE GOAT
THE GOAT
i dont get how can someone claim to have kh2 on his top5 games ever but play the game on proud!!!kh has only 1 mode, critical!
The Gummi ship is easily the part in every game it's present in that I wish I could completely skip
I had a lot more fun with gummi ships on a replay by building an Among Us ship 😂
Yes but you have to play KHS Melody of Memory because of the cliff hanger at the end of KHS 3.
My favorite game ever as a kid. The nostalgia is real my friends
I think if youve played a lot of action rpgs proud mode is where you should start playing this game. Its the true intention of the developers content.
I think I prefer BBS gameplay more and how using the magic and abilities is easier.
i remember i did my form grinding in hallow bastion just running up and down the castle over and over.
They should pull a naughty dog and remaster this and 2 with modern looks and controls.
Also, I'm that player who will NOT use a keyblade if I don't like the design of it. For example you mentioned using the keyblade from Halloween Town once you got it basically the rest of the game from there... I looked at it, the whole design being that it's a Christmas scarf, I have never once in my 4 or 5 playthroughs of this game equipped it for even a second. So yeah, I'm that guy. If I think it looks silly or dumb or whatever, I just won't use it. No matter how good it is.
