    Thank you, I had no idea I could take a refresher lesson. Really helpful! I feel I could drive no problem as I drove a lot in Canada!! And it's been a while. It's too late to exchange my licence. I didn't know about this. Thanks for the information!!

    One question or an idea for video, how much are insurance generally for expats. Do expats pay more because they are new in the country? Experience getting insurance compare to Canada. I’m moving to the UK soon and may need a car around Oxfordshire area. Any info is greatly appreciated

      Insurance is based on so many factors, that it's really difficult to answer this question definitively.
      That being said, your driving history is a big chunk of their risk analysis - and having no 'no claims discount' and a new licence are two big cost areas. SOME insurers will accept SOME overseas NCD - so it's worth spending some time googling, but be aware it can be very expensive.
      Also worth mentioning is that, for new drivers, having an auto only licence increases the cost of insurance (on average) by £900 a year.
