How goofy is it that Bethesda didn't add even a tiny quest _for_ The Mantis after you get the ship and armor? I mean...whatta lost opportunity. Just (further) rip off Batman and run with it. Could easily be an entire quest line that *everyone* would dig.
Hope you had a grand holiday and glad your back. Lots of really great mods have dropped but tragically, they just don’t act right. Loads of potential. I highly recommend though, Vectera Secrets. Massacre on Kreet and Kilroy. All free 😊.
What's up dude! Hope your vacation is treating you well. You're gonna have a fun time reviewing all the new mods since you left man. And as promised, I have a sweet bounty hunter ship build for you that I just uploaded today. I'll send you the save file when I get back home from work!
Nice. Mantis looks like almost Predator, like the way you have him set up. Maybe later on, they'll add firing effects to it. Like the Cannons on ships on enemies that attack you from all around, oh man, wow
Definitely should check out the legendary module recycler and or Darkstar manufacturing. The recycler strips perks and allows you to swap on whatever weapon or armor. The Darkstar manufacturing has a similar function but goes further adding weapons tiers requires research and alot of resources.
Just started messing with the Darkstar stuff, pretty cool! will definitely make late game/high level characters way more fun, it doesn't so much just give you stuff, but gives you the ability to research and level up weapons/armor beyond where Bethesda left Starfield.
Got this as well occasionally the helmet shows as the original mantis helmet. But it also seems to revert back. Also the Nomad armor pack is the same body armor but a lighter grey pretty sure they are a Dune inspired look. Paired with a UC pilot helmet; the Mantis' sidekick ?
Super thankful someone put in the effort to retexture the mantis armor. The mantis identity/roleplay brings a lot of enjoyment to ur play through. Unique interactions with peaceful npcs and agro npcs but it never fealt right. The disconnect between the lore as an intimidating legend and the least aggressive looking suit in the game never gave me the vigilante vibe. Bethesdas games follow a theme of having a badass vigilant. SKyrim and vigilant of stendarr, the sliver shroud in fallout 4 so a bit of a shame the outfit/armor for the mantis was a poor design overall. Looking forward to someone modding the mantis to be alive and recruitable in ng+ different playthrough=diferent universe, right?
That mantis armor is awesome. It has a great Batman-Predator look that better befits a space vigilante, than the base mantis gear.

That's an awesome idea, I hope they do something in the future like they did for Trackers Alliance =)
@@deanpogaming Me too
@@deanpogaming Be cool if they issue a bounty for the Mantis and you have all sorts of guys coming after you, lol...
@The_Makr_ the mantis is a tracker agent. Add wanted

Legend, looking forward to it =)
Interesting , Thank You. Welcome back . I personally do the Mantis mostly to get Chamelon . Free star Rangers for the ship
The mantis 2 belt adds the skirt around your armor

Wow that's amazing video I love to play starfield wow Avengers starfield is cool
Not gonna lie. That armor set looks great. Much, much better than the original. I'll be getting this. Thanks for showcasing it, Dean.

I think the belt added the cape like thing on the back.
I see mantis
My Arboron sniper started doing that as well, either a quick save/reload or a quit-to-desktop and restart will get it working again.
Will try it thank you

Welcome back! I have this and love it
Thank you sir
Looks a lot like the Nomad mod. I have bee running that mod and even the Spacers can drop the Nomad armor and weapons.
I think the helmet looks goofier than the original.
my nova started that reloading issue...not sure what fixed it but its fine now.
If your Novastrike won't reload just drop it and pick it up again and it reloads.
Will try that thank you
Yay, Dean's back!!! Hope your hols were good mate 😎
It great, now I’m back and ready to put in some work 🙏

Another great video
Thank you 🙏
That helmet looks worse than the original but the armor looks far better.
I prefer that Mantis Suit over the original. I never cared for the look of the original Mantis armor.
