Good job on one of my favourite songs. One short note, though: It's "brass tubes", not "glass tubes".

      Is glass! 🤦🏽‍♂️

@@Drsimioindahouse Sorry, but you're wrong. These historical telescopes have never been made of glass (apart from the mirrors of course). Greg Graffin is a smart guy - he would certainly not make such a grave, ahistorical mistake. And if you don't believe that, you could as well take a look into the booklet of the original CD (which I own).

@@Swerdis Listen to it over and over again (0:41-0:43). There is no *br*ass phonetics. Only *gl*ass. Greg is a smart man, but he's not infallible. Don't put him up on a pedestal. He wouldn't want that.
The liner notes do indeed say brass, but the vocals are clear and well-mixed in this studio version. Maybe Greg sang the lyric incorrectly in the studio take, but didn't have the time, budget, or inclination to re-record it? Who knows. In live versions available on youtube you can definitely hear him enunciate the *br*ass phonetics, but not in this studio version.

@@hehadthoughthehadtheanswer If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck. And when the liner notes say it's brass and Greg sings it in all the live versions, then it's probably meant to be brass, not glass. Which would be totally unhistoric as well since these telescopes were made out of this alloy. I don't put him on a pedestal. It's his song, he can sing what he wants to. And he does it right. That's what I hear, also in this original version here.
