What I do vs sett is wait for his E to pull me. I set my W right in between Me and Sett with me inside the cage. Sett has to walk around or you catch his Q on attacking the cage. E > Auto > Q walk away or kite around the cage.

its only a nerf in mid game, now it just gives 15g every time you procc it from lvl1, its adds up pretty quick
and you procc it all the time with E's ad random ghouls
