Hey friends, in this video I share a quick and easy recipe that's perfect for a quick lunch or dinner anytime of the year!! This amazing Buffalo Chicken Salad is so flavorful and it's a real treat served on it's own with crackers, cucumber slices, or as a filling for a sandwich or wrap! I typically use canned chicken with this recipe and I do not add extra salt, the canned chicken in seasoned with salt so need to add extra! You could add in a nice pinch of ground black pepper, I do that sometimes too! If you live where canned chicken is not typically available, substitute in 1-1/2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken for this recipe.
