On The Steps Of The Palace -Into The Woods (self tape from 2019)

I recorded this in 2019 before I got sick, and thought it wasn't good enough to post, so I uploaded it unlisted. Now in 2022 looking back, I feel so proud of the work I did here. I've struggled a lot with my confidence, with trusting myself, believing in myself, and feeling safe while performing because of an abusive instructor who took that all away from me. Just 6 months after this video was taken I started to experience extreme muscle pain throughout my torso, arms, neck, jaw, and tongue which stole my voice from me for over a year. I am still in recovery and dealing with 2 other chronic conditions and it starts to feel like I will never sing this kind of material again.
