Hey Zaina, once you have the baby your body takes time to adjust and for you to get your body back. Usually with your first you get it back rapidly, it does depend how much weight you put on but judging by yourself, you shouldnt have to worry, you'll get back into shape in no time. The nurses will advise you take exercise after a month or so. Its usually better after at least two months but take your Drs advice first. Walking and Pilates is great for now, those in better health means labour is easier and Postpartum. If you're eating healthy before and after pregnancy then that will really help you to get through labour as you really need to be physically and mentally strong for labour and Postpartum, but especially labour.
