- Day 2: Goyard & Offringa Continue to Shine, Whilst Marion Mortefon Claims First Foil Bullet
The wind filled in a bit later on day two of the Tiberias PWA World Cup, and remained slightly lighter than than the opening day with winds of anywhere from 6-20 knots, but the victors remained the same in the Slalom as Nicolas Goyard (Phantom / Phantom Sails / Phantom Foils) and Sarah-Quita Offringa (Starboard / NeilPryde / Maui Ultra Fins) both extended their advantage at the top of the event rankings. Meanwhile, Marion Mortefon (Fanatic / Duotone / LOKEFOIL) made a flying start in the Women’s Foil to seize the early initiative.

I honestly find the pwa website super unclear where to find videos and playbacks...
The competition of the rich and spoilt. Just like an Indian cricket team, you will never see street kids in the running.
You obviously have no idea what you're talking about. These are the most dedicated people to their sport. Nothing to do with being spoiled.

Not in my experience. If you haven't been poor then it's you that don't understand. But I have met these people and none of them have been close to middle class or poor. They arrive at events with gear woth more than I made in a year. Sometimes not even winning but they will go to enough events to become Olympic contestants and world cup qualifiers.
Have a nice day.
@@Hotwire_RCTrix The PWA has got nothing to do with the Olympics. Olympics are being sailed in the IQ-foil class. Nevertheless, I agree with you, windsurfing is a rather pricey sport. However, there are outreach programmes at surf centres: ruclips.net/video/G_bwKv1p7Pw/видео.html
Tonky & Tati Franz, Kiri Thode, and many others would probably disagree with you pretty strongly when you say "never".
@@slickvisualpoetry I really enjoy windsurfing but I use old gear, some of it secondhand. Race gear is super expensive and a technology race, which makes it a money race.
The wealthy can do what they wish but I'm not interested in any exclusive competitions. This channel will loose subscribers if it follows this tiny group of participants.
