Me too but some patients prefer an instrument adjustment so I have either option at my office.

Great question! Most adjustments are pain free and provide instant relief. If an area is very painful it might create minor soreness for a short period of time but then it feels better.

I'm medical student and I'm interested in chiropractic but in my country it isn't taught in university yet. Is there any online lesson to learn just a bit to serve my curiousity? I'm not gonna dive down in it bc it is impossible to apply those technique to patient without proper knowledge anw

There are tons of RUclips videos and I’m sure online courses. You would have to prove to them you are a medical student to gain access. Evidence in motion is one company.
