I'm an ex pro boxer. Adam isn't bad BUT he's not no pro either. I thought he was slow and very careless and takes to many chances that will end up getting himself hurt against a pro. A pro will take advantage of any mistake Adam makes. Adam's defense is pretty good for a non pro to. Don't get me wrong, I give him some decent credit BUT he's not on Juan's level. Juan would destroy Adam 100% I don't think Adam would win any rounds against Juan. Adam needs to work on speed, he throws kinda slow actually and he telegraphs when he's punching. When he throws a jab, he drops his right hand. I watched Adam's sparring videos and his fight video's good just because im an ex pro and I see everything they do wrong.

Sometimes it's hard sparring a smaller guy in their own gym - you don't want to hurt them it's not polite. Which is obviously a problem - being polite IN the ring is silly. But when I get hit hard by a guy my own weight I get excited and angry and punch back. When I get get hit hard by a smaller weight I get embarrassed and get don't pull the trigger enough. Although 100% agree that guy should of been fit enough to handle the smaller guy and give him a better workout. Good advice - it's a hard game and you gotta be fighting fit when entering another gym to spar. Great videos diolch! (that's thanks in welsh man)

As an ex pro boxer myself, Juan would destroy Adam. Adam is slow believe it or not. He also telegraphs his punches and takes way to many risk. Risk that pro's like Juan would make him pay for. When Adam throws a jab, he drops his right hand. Adam isn't as good as soooo many think. He's not bad but against a real pro "not some MMA guy" Adam isn't that good.

How can I bump up my stamina. Had a sparring session and drained out after the first round. The remaining rounds was try not to get hit (which I failed) and if i managed to gather strength hit them with the classic 1-2. Bottom line I need to learn how to pace myself + stamina. 31 years old btw, and heavy smoker
I'm a boxer. I train with heavier boxers. The heavier boxer in this video clearly hung in there with the much slimmer boxer. The coach needs training! Kudos big guy 💪🏿💪🏿
