Well it's like putting a delay inside a phaser-it can be a phaser, a delay, or this new sound in between. But before you try to imagine what that all means, hear it in action while Dan tries to put it into words. With two switchable voices, three shapes, and five rotary controls over Rate, Depth, Regen, Mix, and Stretch, there's a lot to unpack. Oh and then there's an expression control too.

Finally got myself a Dweller... it works amazingly well on synths and definitely has a weird personality. I like it so much that I might get a second one for stereo goodness.

Right? Where’s the phaser “woosh” at? Need to replace my Boss PH-2r, thought this might be the one… but I don’t hear the “whoosh” nowhere in here… Dweller sounds more like a digital delay…
What's the longest delay you can get out of it? I think this could be a really cool alternative to the Tera Echo for people that like the base idea but not enough to fork out for that sound on it's own, you get al ot more control.

I would imagine at the end of modulation and at the beginning of your delays and reverbs
That's a great place to start. You can get some really wiley sounds bookending it between drive/ fuzz. There are no wrong configurations.
Can you get those old school country Waylon phaser sounds with this as well?

Do you recommend for bass?
Absolutely. The Mix control allows you to control how much effect is heard as well as retain the low end of your signal.

But, of all of the pedals I've seen that I want to control with an expression pedal versus CV, this looks like the one (if the exp pedal could control this and a couple of other things in the setup at once)... Goddamn, that would be fun with a guitar or a synth or a Gameboy.
