    Mam if it is in free form ,it gets accumulated in tissues so no use of hemodialysis but at 43.55 u told drugs with high ppb are not effectively removed by haemodialysis😅

      If ppb is low means more free form
      Means stored in tissue therefore no use of hemodialysis
      43:53 mam stated high ppb means less free form and also no use of dialysis
      To dialysis kab use hoga in both diff scenario mam told no use of dialysis 🤦

    Ma'am agar drug blood me rahega to plasma proteins se bind hi rahega after distribution, but hemodialysis to protein bodies ko filter hi nahi karta to fir, hemodialysis se kaise patient treat karenge.🤔

      Bound form disturute hi nai hota ,for distribution it needs to convert into free form 1st

    Even when calculating bioavailability we take plasma concentration at different tym periods... Drug in free form might had already entered the organs so even bio availability that we calculate is apparent?

    Mam when we consider volume distribution we can't use hemodialysis the high volume distribution drugs due to they have high free from which go in tissues but when we take boud protein form we aslo can't hemodialysis because of bound from of drug to plasma.What is right?

      We can't do hemodialysis when the drug have more volume of distribution it indicates... It get easily all over the body both blood and tissue.... So more drug is available in the tissue and the bound form in the blood is less, no use of hemodialysis. When the drug have less volume of distribution.... It get constricted to some volume(blood) so bound form is more... Hemodialysis may help.... To remove the drug
