These people have been warned time and time again no matter what they say about this being the first time. You don’t get towed if your car has been stickered only once and it was within a week. These cars have been there for a long time and the owners have been warned time and time again and they don’t care. @@Scratchingforcash watch a few of his videos. He is desperate to get it on the hook and massively disappointed when he doesn't. It's really all about money, which you so clearly point out. How is yanking vehicles with bad tag helping anyone? Who cares if a renter who pays their rent doesn't move their vehicle from a single parking spot. Also why is it on the towing list? Because a human decided to have to yanked from the owner. Here in the USA we have a right to personal property, that is constitutionally enshrined. Most tow practices operate counter to that and are easy lawsuits. The only hard part is getting a lawyer willing to take up such low value cases. And when apartments and tow companies actually follow through the law and go to court themselves the vehicle owners rarely show. Look at the statistics. When people show they win 98% of the time when they don't they loose 100% of the time due to default judgements. The tow companies win bc they get paid by the apartment, they can sell the vehicle eventually, and people rarely fight the legal fight. Doesn't matter how you justify it, it's still sketchy.

Michael Freund .......she doesnt have the pennies to sue anyone........bet her rent is paid by the govt and her daughter who doesnt stay on that housing development permanently wants free parking LOL....bet shes driving another car while at college - uninsured.
For sure!!! That Princess complex really comes out showing her teeth, she had to been spoiled as a child or just was a problem child being all entitled to whatever and the rules don't apply her
Wow
What makes you assume all of that from this?
@Forcedtolie Aboutblacks No daddy at her home?
A very tense moment for sure. You handled it well and glad everyone is safe!! Be careful out there and thank you for letting us "ride along" with you.
I love how she rips off the sticker and just expects the situation to go away...
Love how patient you are with those "entitled" people. And the look on the policemen's faces when she started in on suing the property. Priceless.
Thanks for another great video. Stay safe & God Bless
Getting longer
She seems to feel that she can grant a non-resident permission to abandon a car on the property because she pays rent. If you stuff the car into the living room, then it's your business but when it's the building's parking lot, it's the building owner's business.
As for her yapping about suing, she'll be lucky if the property doesn't counter sue for parking fees, at airport rate (they'd get it), but since the car seems to belong to the daughter (who sounds like she's bullied by the mother) crazy lady has NO grounds to file a lawsuit.
Tow Trucker, on the other hand, who should have told the cops about her threats, can sue her for PTSD over those threats, and as he's too traumatized to work again, she'd be paying his bills for a LONG time.
Bet she doesn't pay rent we the taxpayers pay her rent
Best video yet!!! The Lies she told.
She's posturing because she just realized she's got egg on her face.
Shows how entitle people are and would argue and use the cops to get away for storage fees. Still gets yanked!
Got my blood boiling when she decided to “threatened” you. Be safe out there!
He could have had a Her arrested on that account alone as it is on camera!
@@apfelbasket She also risked, that the tow driver would have preemptively drawn a weapon on her, to protect himself.

if they make threats on ur life then they be really sorry they didnt after u take there ass to court to be sued & show the judge the threats they made on ur life then get them to lose there driver license long time with jail time also lose alot of money
You have the patience of a Saint! I cracked up when you said, "Hey, I thought you called the police 10 minutes ago". Time is money sister, let's go! lol
this crazy lady thinks they have to sticker the car!! lol
That neighbor lady is Nosey as hell. Mind ya business. Tell the cops the mother threatened you with a gun. She belongs in jail.
Management needs to evict her. Threatening a contractor by the use of a deadly weapon needs to grounds for removal.
When you get tenants that immediately appear like she did you need to use those tire lift bars, and get outta there. You can then hook up the chains and drag it up onto the flatbed in a safer area.
In texas at least... You have the right to defend your property with potentially lethal force. It's called the castle law. It applies to your home and car (your car is your castle when you aren't at home).
@@CapitanGreenhat that doesn’t mean anything when you rent. Johnny isn’t a burgler, she is parked illegally in front of someone else’s property for 6 months.
@@Scratchingforcash a predatory business is steal a predatory business. Why is he so desperate to get it on the hook? Why is a drop free even OK if the vehicle is such a problem? What was the apartments communication process with the tenant? How many lawsuits are won in this area versus lost? Is critical thinking really that hard? Is it preferable to think like a sheep?
@@CapitanGreenhat he isn’t desperate to get it on the hook. He has to hook the car due to the vehicle not moving in months, weeks or whatever. This said vehicle was on the towing list and his time isn’t free. This $100 is what you need to pay to drop the car or you can pay $175 at the tow yard and then pay a tow truck to get the vehicle out of there. These people have been warned time and time again no matter what they say about this being the first time. You don’t get towed if your car has been stickered only once and it was within a week. These cars have been there for a long time and the owners have been warned time and time again and they don’t care. Tow companies don’t stay in business very long if they drop every car they tow for free. You would feel different if you owned a housing complex and there were 25 illegal, broken down cars, trucks and trailers there and the tenants ignored you when you tell them to move them.
Johnny i commend both you and the PD there. She felt so entitled and could have totally been arrested for menacing. Can't say she wouldn't have deserved it. Kudos to you for keeping your composure and awesome that you gave PD a heads up for walking into that. Your ability to read people truly shows in your experience doing what you do. Keep yanking cars. Love your videos.
I'm surprised the tower didn't mention to the police that she threatened him with a gun 🤔😳
And that's why I like having Public Order on the lawbooks. Whenever someone does something like this, you have a ground to cart them off to the nick to cool off.
she’s a typical low class apt dweller
“I’m gonna call the cops on you doing your job.”
Okay, Karen
Nosy neighbors comes over and admits she’s the one calling on people. Lol, gotta love the busy body’s. She calls on abandoned cars then comes over to tell them she’s on the lady’s side. What a hypocrite!!!!
That lady's story changed alot. First she was calling all day, then told the office she was about to walk to the office when he showed up lol. I don't know how you stay so calm dealing with aggressive people
I'm sure years of experience help, but at my age I've learned to start from the position that someone is trying to bullsh*t my until I find otherwise!
Yeah, she was about to go to the office, in her bath robe, then it's costing her customers at her store. Don't believe it until she proves it.
The best part was when she said a dead battery wasn't why it didn't run...I mean...they GAVE HER AN OUT and she was too dumb to take it
Good points, the fact she threatened him more then once is mind blowing. Yet he remained calm and respectful to this woman.
She changed her tune when the officers arrived till she realized they couldn't help her. I feel for all the people involved in this case, but especially the management I'm sure she won't let this go easily.
They should have asked to see her phone to see if she really did call office.
#206 in the tow history books! Glad to see the officers confirmed the property has the right to tow illegal or abandoned vehicles to their discretion. Johnny, you definitely demonstrated professionalism and self control especially when the lady threatened to shot you. Be safe as you do your job sir!
Karen doesn’t realize that you did her a solid by not telling the cops about her gun threats. Good on you Johnny.
Edit: Johnny did tell the cops about the gun threats.
That’s what I was thinking too
Yeah I was wondering… Why in the first video was there no mention to the officers of a threat of her retrieving a gun from her vehicle?
Ditto
But she'll probably kill someone he should have reported it
He put those officers lives in danger! As well as Johnny, the nosey neighbor lady, and anyone else near their area.
That was NOT doing anyone a favor.
Should have been the first words out of Johnny's mouth!!
I love how she says “its taking up to much of her time” yeah i guess paying your registration and keeping your shit in order is others peoples fault. So many people these days think they are special and don’t have to follow the rules. Also wants to file a lawsuit against someone if you can’t afford normal day to day stuff you definitely can’t afford to sue anyone Karen.
Well, technically there's bottom-feeder lawyers who demonstrate that once you pass BAR it's too damn difficult to lose it again, who will take on cases 'no cure no pay' and there's a select number of rich nutjobs out there who will waste money just to make your life hard and soothe their ego.
I've never heard of those, plus the karens they represent, actually winning anything though.
it takes 10 follars and a few hours a day to make shure the car is good
She’s important
How can that lady honestly think that car could stay there if she isn't driving it or keeping the insurance and tags up to date? Geesh. Great video Johnny.
Cause she lives there and thus is entitled to store her junk car there that probably isn’t even her daughters car 🤣
probably because she pays for the parking spot and some of her neighbors have two or three vehicles. can you imagine a bank telling you not to do this? most people dont own thier houses the banks do.
@@oceanisler having managed apartments I can tell ya it’s not a paid parking spot, if it were the management would have known who to talk to. The amount of dirt shows that’s car hadn’t moved in probably at least a year, i highly doubt her story about it being her daughters car but either way with that dirt and an expired tag I would have had it towed too. Every complex I know has rules that say you can’t store junk cars on property, cars must have valid registration and run. Up north the second one becomes important in the winter because we often have to empty a lot in order for it to be plowed
@@willjenkins4195 I'm not arguing that the car was not a nuisance. my point is they do pay for the right to park their vehicle however they are not made aware that it must be current with State when signing the lease. nah in Georgia there would be far more debris. maybe 6 months. my point was her reaction would be the same if the bank told a mortgager that they must remove a piece of thier property from the banks property.
Having that camera and mic makes a huge difference if things should escalate. You handled that extremely professionally. Stay safe out there!

@@jimalger There is compassion in my life. If someone is working hard and doing things right, no problem. You must think she is right for doing what she did - she should have been arrested for threatening him.
@@brianrawding2895 yes because you would be totally OK if someone pulled up to your car and threaten to tow it away right? You would just be totally chill I'm sure. This is the problem, you're making a lot of assumptions here

She said she would go to the office and talk to them - but then she threatened to call the cops, threatened him with violence (saying she would get a gun, and then saying he would get a bullet in his ass), and she threatened the office people near the end of the video, too. She also got mad at them because they stickered the car when she was not there - really? She has to be present for them to sticker it? I love how she makes up rules to work for her.
If she listened to Johnny, and did what she said she would do (talk to the office), it could have been worked out in her favor. If the car was registered as it should have been, and she talked to the office before basically abandoning it in that space, there would not have been a problem.
