I doubt it. Too much money per unit when they can just use long distance fpv quads for reconnaissance and normal 5 inch fpv quads for lethal encounters.

So no write-off. Then how much is actually paid by Ukraine i.e. debt and how much is actually given for free. Ukraine is a debtor to big to fail. Otherwise Western tax payers will never get the money back. Ukraine is a powerhouse that has the means to return a lot, and even more money than came in over the next decades.
