The Human Torch (w/ spark effect) always spooked me as a kid. When the sparks weren’t lit they looked like black holes on a burn victim. 😬😳😱

Toy Biz released the Invisible Woman (painted version) and Human Torch (glow in the dark) in between series 1 and 2. They realized that releasing only two of the Fantastic Four was a huge mistake. So rush to production two repaints of existing figures. Sue was a repaint of Spider-Woman from the Iron Man line and Johnny was a repaint of Silver Surfer from FF series 1.

Fun fact: Skulls that come with Thanos' bracelet are Predator and Xenomorph skulls with their mouths reversed (same accessory was reused for Krule in X-Force line).
Also, he has chromed eyes. :D

I just realized that both invisible women figures are retools of the Spider-Man animated series figures!
The normal one uses the Jessica drew mold while the other one uses the Mary Jane mold. Great review btw!! Nothing but fun and groovy nostalgia and fun!

@@ToyShiz I think the line really needs the spotlight. Outside of the diehard fanbase, I dont think most people know about the toys. Which is a genuine shame. They're among kenner's best in my opinion.

Obviously, my most favorite is Dragon Man. But I had Thanos, and have Dragon Man, Firelord, Blastaar and a loose legged sparkling Human Torch in the same nonworking condition.
