This episode touched me in a way I can’t explain. I didn’t know when I started shedding tears. Some of the things you guys talked about are just very relatable as I’m currently in my third trimester and it’s just been a lot esp in the areas of support, not having my mum etc but God has been so faithful I can’t even explain. Thank you for this episode.
"Powerless but powerful!" Heeeii, you gained a new subscriber here. That session of how your prayer lives changed, the whole episode was VERY informative but that one caught my subscribe 🙌. Continue doing the work, love from Kenya 💌
Huh! God bless you, moms. More grace to carry on this vision to its full manifestation. I'm a mom of two boys and truly enjoyed this episode ❤ well done ladies 🎉
I enjoy these episodes so much, thank you for the depth and sincerity in telling your stories. Speaking of pregnancy stories, my first was so dramatic and ended up having preeclampsia and an emergency cs then a second pregnancy that went fairly well but ended up being a vbac that took about 4 days of different kinds of induction to happen😫 bruh! Can’t wait for the body dysmorphia episode😭
Like Nicole, i found out 5 weeks after my wedding, APPARENTLY, i was waiting for a BC fitting, and I was told to come when I am on my next period because I really wanted to wait 2 years. Ladies and gentlemen, I didn't see that period till after 1year and 10 months. I was so sad, for 2 good weeks I was sad, down and crying, until one of my friends called me and asked me "why are you allowing the devil to steal your joy?".
Love Love Love what you ladies have put together. Your vision and mission is so Paramount. I throughly enjoy each and every episode and always look forward to Wednesday’s. Y’all are my mummy Tribe Foreal Foreal! Thanks for your bravery in sharing your vulnerable stories. It’s always so heartfelt as a Mum. I feel una Die! Let’s keep the conversations going!
My experience was different, I had 3 scans in 7weeks, because I was having crazy cramps. I didn't have food aversion or cravings but man I had sciatica nerve pain and Carpal tunnel, awful time for me as a software developer. Then I had a scary food poisoning episode.
Same here! It’s actually a thing. You can’t drink or eat anything cos you throw up almost immediately…. Uncountable times a day. Even the taste or smell of my mouth or body could make me throw up, much less smell of food😂. It was so bad, I was rushed to the hospital for dehydration and had to go in for IV drips every week to keep my energy up. 😢
I hated my husband's Nivea deodorant when I was pregnant. I had to buy a fragrance I like and give to him. I stopped cooking with meat because the smell of boiling meat triggers me. I hardly eat when I was pregnant. 🥹🥹🥹. It was few weeks to delivery I started eating well. My first pregnancy was horror. He's 11yrs old now. 😆😆
