I learned from a quick internet search. That about 6 thousand luxury watches are stolen each year in London. That's sounds like a lot. But its not really that much. For a massive city with a population of over 10 million people.
Definatley hard to get a strap for the Santos in Australia since Cartier pinged a few sellers. Hopefully they make it easier in the future, shouldn't have to go overseas to get one straight away 😂
Around April/May on my last day visiting with the mrs a middle eastern guy tried to pick pocket my back pack while I was taking a photo of my mrs eating a bagel in a bagel shop with plenty of cctv around , good job I felt it and told him to F...off, only to notice the thief had opened 1/4 of my bag zip good job nothing was stolen. I was just surprised with all the cctv, and he had no masks or anything. He had the balls to try and steal from me? During the whole trip, I was already well aware of thieves staying vigilant and trying to blend in as a local, but it just depends if you are lucky or not at the right time and place. Kinda put me off from London, plus it's too expensive, so I won't be going there for a few years. I would rather go to Edinburgh or something 😂 In the end to your answer is a big NO. I wouldn't bother wearing anything expensive on your wrist. Just stick to a smart watch does the same read the time. Only wear an expensive watch if you are going to a special fancy event with plenty of people you know to be safe, but if traveling on your own walking around with a Gold Rolex no sleeves your just asking for trouble. The bb Tudor to me doesn't really count as it kinda looks under stated so yeh maybe its ok to wear that same goes to the explorer 1 but anything gold or blingy like a full gold day date or even a pepsi your asking for trouble
Never been to London. How do you identify roadmen? In Sydney its easy to identify lads and eshays. Look for the mullet hairstyle, Tommy Hilfiger and Gant tops, shorts and sneakers.
I only got so far into the video but you could stroll through Wormwood Scrubs (Category B prison in London) and no one will be interested in a Tudor! 😂
Not sure of the term but when I was in the states a while back I got pressed for my shoes in New York 😂 sling bags weren't a thing back then but probably similar now
Try wearing a Rolex with precious metals in full view and you will probably have a different experience. Try searching for the BBC documentary "Rolex Rippers". I'm from UK but I live in a village about 2.5 hours from London. I don't visit London unless I need to because it's dirty, crime ridden, expensive and polluted. I literally don't know why people want to visit London when there's so many nicer places in the UK. And yes, I can wear my gold Rolex in full view without issues around where I live.
Ignore this guy. London is notorious for this and don't let people gaslight you into thinking you deserve it. Just be smart and recognise it's a cesspit with a luxury veneer, wear longer sleeves and take your headphones out. To be completely honest, roadmen you're looking out for in London are young Middle-eastern and black youths. This is just a demographic fact, outside London in the run down towns and cities the guy robbing you likely is going to be white. You're more likely to get your phone robbed by one of them on an electric scooter than get your arm hacked off for a few k's worth of OP though. You've really made me miss Sydney with this reminder ;(. Great video as always.

Nice pick up for the santos. I need to get a leather for my green dial

There is literally nothing wrong with Brixton. It’s not unsafe like years ago.
Enjoy your trip 😊
Living in London the best advice I can give is to wear a Casio, honestly you don’t need the stress.

Very similar,
Sling bag, Nike trainers, some sort of matching track suit / tech fleec with hoodie.
Mainly the accent, sounds like a UK drill song 😂

What’s a roadman for us Americans?
