i really appreciate this interview with PURPLE KISS, you really asked them as artists and not just as idols. these are not the usual kpop idol questions, it's rather about the creative process, how the songwriting goes, the group dynamic when they make music, the techniques they use, etc. thank you from a musician to another musician, for recognizing PURPLE KISS like that, this is one of the things they want to be known for!

Everything about this was great, from Kevin’s arrangements and playing to Umu’s questions to Purple Kiss’s answers. So often when I’ve seen K-pop idols interviewed it’s as if they’ve taken Crash Davis’s advice in Bull Durham to heart and only answer in cliches and vague generalities but the PK members were giving substantive, thoughtful replies. I think the unnie line was visibly tired in the video, but they perked up as time went on. The concept of guessing classical versions of kpop songs is quite original.
For me, so far Zombie is song of the year. Beforehand I think that place was taken by Hwaa. I really think it deserves awards and more attention. It'd be nice for Purple Kiss to have a win with such a great year they've had.

For me, so far Zombie is song of the year. Beforehand I think that place was taken by Hwaa. I really think it deserves awards and more attention. It'd be nice for Purple Kiss to have a win with such a great year they've had.
