With all the flopping going on in soccer it is blatantly obvious that the "Simulation" foul (trying to influence the referee, trying to "Oversell" a foul or a non-existent foul) is willfully and "Criminally" overlooked and not used like it's supposed to. Also, Obstruction calls, known here as "Impeding the progress" are too rarely used in todays game.
I have 2 examples of ‘obstruction’ that wasn’t awarded with a foul. And it involved both Ronaldos 1. Juve vs Inter ‘98 at 2:05 ruclips.net/video/SKbngbYD8o4/видео.html 2. United vs (sorry can’t find which club) at 1:25 ruclips.net/video/gPf_eX_CCJs/видео.html
In the situation starting at 9:05, shouln`t the player get a yellow for leaving the field of play without the referees permission? I mean, he cant enter if he hasn´t left, or am I wrong?
The player seems to be an extremely fair player. After leaving the field just by inertion he is asking for the referee's permission to enter whereas he had a great chance to get the ball and score a goal. I feel sad for him that he did not stay in the field in that side.
@@sarbasov In that case, he would have been offside because he gained advantage from being in an offside position. If he had been on the field of play during the entire duration of the play, he would still have had to not go for the ball or impede the goalie's progress. Being in an offside position is not in itself an infraction but gaining an advantage or causing a disadvantage for the defending team is.
Lot's of this fouls and misconduct have take players to the emergency rooms all over the globe. Fifa need to readjust the law 12 and make many of this fouls prohibited. Soccer is a such cool game but many parents stop their kids from become a proficional players because the violence in the game that can easily be prevented.

That’s not without permission. That’s as part of play.

while attempting to kick the ball a striker accidentally hits the defender because the defender has change the ball direction. Is this a foul?

direct: the free kick can be taken to score a goal directly from the kick
indirect: the free kick has to pass to other player.
