Sewerscope video inspection of buried sewer lateral from the basement clean out plug on the main sewer stack. There was a heavy accumulation of grease solids restricting flow approximately 20 feet from the clean out plug. The material was cast iron the entire length. The pipe was in acceptable condition. There were no tree root intrusions visible. I recommend clearing the grease out of the pipe with hydrojetting to eliminate this condition and restore proper drainage.
