Not all females are like that you need a woman to hold you down. The one that stick around when you get fired from your job. If she leave you when you go broke was never down from the beginning.
Warren Buffet has more money than all of us.. When he said he can’t afford to buy a new car, I overstood that. You have to know the value of a dollar to understand. I moved different ever since I heard him say that years ago.
You don't have to play "keeping up with the joneses", or stunt. That's a choice you make. If a person chooses to do so and that puts them in a bad financial spot, then they have themselves to blame. What's important is taking care of you and yours. F*** what everyone else thinks. What's crazy to me among other things is you have people (mostly women) choosing to go into further debt on vacation trips.
The average person can't afford to buy a house or car with cash, can they? I own my vehicle. However, I have a mortgage. Fortunately, for me, it's at a locked-in very low interest rate. My home was appraised at much more than what i paid for it. Im a senior retired and living comfortably. I'm not trying to impress anyone. I won't knock anyone who works hard and chooses to pursue buying bigger houses and more cars if that's what makes them happy.
You’re entering into a retirement era without a paid for house? If you are 59 or over I would suggest you tap into your retirement accounts and pay your house off so you can be debt free. A very steady, low interest rate does not replace the peace of mind of a paid for home especially going into retirement 🤷🏾♂️✊🏾
@@insure4cheapIf they have the cash flow to carry a mortgage in retirement, then there's no problem. Don't make the assumption that everyone's broke in retirement. There'll still be property taxes anyways.
Heres the thing, people who try to keep up with the joneses don't really understand the rules of the game when it comes to money. They dont understand there's assets and liabilities. What you spend is what you get in return vs what you spend just to get nothing in return. Ask yourself this, why would I want to invest in things that are literally replaceable when I can invest in things that will gain value overtime? For example, people will buy shoes because of the aesthetics when they are just regular shoes to walk in. Same with cars, they don't look at them as just regular cars for transportation rather than paying attention to the aesthetics of how good it looks and once they buy them, they will use them as a flex until something new comes out. Its like following a trend that is so popular where everyone is doing it until another trend happens since the previous trend became old news where nobody cares for it anymore and thats a problem. Invest in assets that are valuable instead of wasting your money on liabilities.
I like your finance advice. I just took delivery of my first 911 which was financed by NVDA. I have 5 paid off rental properties and live off my investments.

Her mortgage twice the amount of mine. She turn down having the opportunity to pay nothing to having us struggle to keep up financially. I exited. Now I have the opportunity to pay my house off in about 3 to 4 years. So I’m locked in. I’ve been mentally exhausted but ima stay down and focus on this mortgage. Living beyond your means is not it. I’m not going on these lavish vacations until I get this mortgage cleared. Other than that I don’t have nothing to be hype about. Just have to remain focused. It gets very lonely too but it is what it is.
Anton, I disagree with one thing that you’re saying, as you begin your journey as a youngster and begin to grow wealth, you will need credit. It will spare quickly advance your ability to make money. For example, I bought my first condominium on credit it’s skyrocketed in value. I kept it as a rental. I used home equity line of credit against that unit to begin my business my first business. Without establishing credit first that would’ve been impossible, and I likely would’ve modeled along because the cost of entry to my first business that I built was extremely high as it was a real estate development firm, which I currently continue to run today
One clarification I will add is the HELOC was used to fulfill already contracted deals. The business was profitable from an operations perspective from day one So the HELOC was essentially alone for maybe six months till the next draw payment on particular projects would come in from the buyers financing
