The children and people that they would have would come reincarnate with them in the next life to fulfill what was lost in the past life to be then reinstated into their own cycle renewed. It's unfortunate that this manga was really short and niched even before the Isekai phase.

Not a horrible story but I don't understand the constant need to disrespect the father. Misaki said he's dumb, his parents said he's dumb, his kid said he's dumb, and Misaki even wrote in the book he's dumb. There was a happy ending but only because of the kid remembering his past life. If it wasn't for that the father and son would've been screwed since everyone around him all had the same opinion of him.
